First of all this location does not participate in the roll up the rim nor do they scan your app. Secondly, they haven't a clue on how to make an iced cap. It looks more like frozen milk with a tinge of color. What a waste of $7.00.
Lastly, customer service isn't one of there stronger suits.
We'll pass on this location in the future.

I bought a Hazelnut Cold Brew from this location, but they didn’t even stir it. All the flavor settled at the bottom, making the top part too light and the bottom too strong. Since the cup was already full, it was difficult to mix properly myself. Stirring should be a basic step in preparing the drink—hopefully, they improve their service and attention to detail.

Hi! My health is VERY poor, so this review is late. My PSW told me that I need to make this review, and I waited because I didn't want to only rate it based on one thing that I had. My difficulty: I had your egg salad sandwich and got bad diarrhea from it. I wasn't certain if it was because of your sandwich, so I deliberately ordered it 2 more times to make certain, and yes, I got awful diarrhea all 3 times. 😭 However, I've had some great experiences with a few of your newer employees. One tells me about your special savings once I've ordered something, and that's VERY important to me, since my income is VERY limited. I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches, and your blueberry muffins, especially, thank you.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a large wheelchair, and I can use it here.

Worst time I’ve been too. In my years of going to Tim Hortons I have never been to one this disrespectful. I ordered an iced coffee the total was like $3.14 and I gave them a $5 bill and 25cents cause I needed 2 dollars 10 cents to give to a friend. The worker tells another worker in Tamil that I don’t know how to do math and I’m dumb in Tamil and I understand Tamil and she realized I was Tamil and smiled when I asked for a straw when she realized she was in the wrong . The manager is going to apologize but he won’t say no shit or change anything abt it because I have put a review before and they haven’t done anything

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. For a hospital, a healthcare facility dealing with patients in rehabilitation who’ve experienced life’s strongest blows, this is not the service I was expecting. Furthermore, the distasteful service does not represent the spirit of Tim’s when it was founded on the 17th of May, 1964. If I were managing the company, I would have the server fired. She yelled at my disabled mother, an act I deem rather shameful and inhumane. I will carry my commitment to never buying from this Tim Hortons to my grave. I recommend people to hold their caffeine addiction for another spot, cause this place is a nightmare. That’s my take.

Wheelchair accessibility: It was accessible but the service made it shameful. Absolutely distasteful, bitter at the mouth. My mother was like a canine on the first day of grouse hunting season, she was pulling at the chain, to get out that is.

The stand-alone location is always busy as it is close to TDSB high school, mostly frequented by students. Food quality is the same as other Tim locations. They have adequate seating arrangements. Service can surely be improved. Drive through service apparently faster than in-house one. They have ample parking.

BE AWARE :This is the only Tim Hortons that I know that doesn’t recognized the Tim Hortons Loyalty Rewards Program. You can’t collect, redeem and partake any of Tim Hortons promotions. It’s so disappointing.St. Mike’s Hospital which is affiliated to Providence Hospital has 2 onsite Tim Hortons, and they participate the Loyalty Program. Not this place. That means you can’t use the Scan and Pay feature of the Tim Hortons APP.The kicker is, I paid with a credit card and asked for a receipt. Well, it seemed it was an inconvenience to the employee. This Tim Hortons location has a limited menu. Once they ran out of the hot items for the day, you are out of luck. They only serve hot breakfast sandwiches, so plan wisely like eating before or after visiting Providence. Basically it’s a place to grab your drinks, donuts and cookies. This is a chain of Tim Hortons, but it sells food items that are not available in any other franchises like refrigerated cold sandwiches in clear containers and single serving ice cream cones and bars. It’s located right at the entrance across Providence’s Admission Office.Note: There is NO drive thru available at this site.No washrooms at this Tim Hortons either, luckily one can use Providence’s washrooms located nearby behind the circular concierge front desk.Since Providence is a hospital, face masks and hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.DEAR Tim Hortons:The patients at Providence, they wear hospital gowns without pockets. That means their wallets are at home. They do have their cell phones to communicate with their loved ones and to use for entertainment since their in-room TV is expensive to rent and they use Providence’s wi-fi. So how can they buy anything from you, once they are strong enough to visit you, when you don’t recognize the Tim Hortons APP? Where do they keep their gift card?

Parking: This is a paid parking plot. This Tim Hortons serves the Providence’s employees, patients and their visitors.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a hospital so accessibility is top priority. One can rent a blue wheelchair right at the main entrance like a grocery cart.

Worst tim Hortons i have ever visited the customer service is so poor. They saw the customer and start making faces. I asked for a sleeve for my icecap but first she ignored me and when i asked again she said you didn’t even bought a hot drink how come she said that! (Neela)the senseless manager she was so rude to me ! The owner of this tim should take some action regarding the manager’s behaviour.

I've lived in Toronto/Scarborough/East York my entire life (48 years). I have yet to experience a Tim Hortons that I would without hesitation keep returning too.The kind of staff you see in all the Tim Hortons commercials is FAR from what you will experience in any store in this city - I don't know about any other parts of Canada how it is though. So great location for this new one at the corner of Pharmacy & St Clair, small but very nice looking inside and out. You walk in, there is no vibe, there is very poor energy within and throughout. At lease have CP24 on a screen or some music playing - (it's a coffee shop!)The less than a handful of times I've been in has just been an uncomfortable experience. For example this morning: I walk in to a line up of about 7 people / 2 were already waiting on their order - and only 2 staff members behind the counter?!?!??? For a morning rush?! SERIOUSLY??The worst part was that the English/understanding from one of the staff members was not quite up to speed as if they had just woken up or something. My order was quite simple - a medium double double, a bagel BELT and a box of 6 donuts. The coffee was correct, the BELT was on point, but pulling my donut order was a mess. He just could not get it correct and was all confused with the count as was I. The lady had to step in very aggressively in manner and tone and complete the order. Even I was a tad confused at what and how many he had placed in the box - so I just kindly agreed to what kind of donuts and how many the lady confirmed as the line up was growing and I just wanted to get out in embarrassment for them and myself.I left the store feeling quite uneasy about my overall experience. When I got home, I opened the box of donuts - and of course it was wrong.

Parking: Plenty of parking as it is in mini strip plaza.
