Just went through drive thru..scan pay twice..said didn't work..paid cash...went outside in car..called bank..told me I was 100% charged 2 times...all with in 1 minute...I got receipt plus bank records and bank management telling me I was charged...tims staff are refusing to pay me my money..saying it was not charged...so all together almost $25 coffee and wrap...wow...I'm going back tomorrow morning..I will be speaking with the owner o this establishment..I am disappointed big time..and the thing is...happened before on 2 separate occasions...and did not receive my money on my debit..so I'm 100% I got screwed here..absolutely disgusting...after I receive my $ back..don't think I be here again...

Ok guys its high time now whenever we visit here to eat some they are always rude because I guess they are not getting enough hours and I think owner don’t have enough money to cook food all day around its 3pm and they don’t have anything i repeat anything to eat so just file for bankruptcy and do something else if you don’t know how to run a store. ? not recommended at any cost.

My favourite timmies! I come here almost everyday with my girlfriend and we always usually grab a medium iced capp, a coffee or hot chocolate and some food. Staff is super friendly and they’re quick too! I don’t think any other Tim Hortons makes Iced Capps as good as this one does!

I just left this location and when I got home ready to eat my BBQ chicken bowl I knew instantly something was off. The staff purposely used a few grains of rice to hide this mound of lettuce given to me. I’m enraged at this point because this is a transaction between customer and seller. The item was NOT free. Despicable!Note to establishment:If you do not have enough product, let the customer know beforehand. Also I felt ripped off somehow by management for the total of my order. I’ll be checking that out as well and speaking with customer service.Clean up your location, its quite filthy once you step inside!

Very bad customer service, the cashier who took my order she was n bad mood ? and she is racist , after me a white women she took her with smile , the order we opened my bagel with eggshell was disgusting ? I was so disappointed ,I never and ever again will go there.

The ladies here are very nice. They always smile and greet us in a friendly manner. I have never been inside, I just use the drive thru. I also have ever only ordered coffee and the occasional bagel.

The Kingston location is the dirtiest Tim’s ever, all the donuts and Timbits left for weeks till it’s sold out. The apple fritter donut I got from here it’s not even cooked properly and it tastes disgusting as you see in the picture you could see the dough. ???

Lady tried to tell me my scan and pay didn’t work. I showed her by opening my bank account that I was charged/ came home to see that this store double charged me. I will be filling a complaint. The donuts were dry as hell
