Terrible customer service (very rude), make my iced cap wrong everytime me or my girlfriend order (the day crew), they shake their heads like i dont know what im talking about when im a regular customer I come 2x a day. All I ask is its made right my order and I wouldn't complain.
This Tim Horton location is always busy. They have less working staff , if you are going through drive-through you get priority. If you walk in you have to stand around for a few minutes before getting served. Also some of the stuff are not that Pleasant , and get upset at customers easily. They need to have more stuff and stuff that are polite with customers. I've been too many Tim Horton locations and I absolutely do not like this location.
