Horrible service this is on October 31, 2025 at 09:32 PM I went to get a bakery item and want it toasted but the male worker who was serving me is like I have closed the oven so I can't toast it for you. I told him doesn't the Tim's close at 11PM and he seemed to just give a sad excuse for turning the stuff off early. I am not sure when was the last time a Tim Hortons regional manager did an audit of this place, truely bad customer service.

WRONGE ORDER AGAIN. I asked the staff that was making my breakfast wrap twice! If it was sausage and egg and if it was for me like my name to be exact….. She was so dismissive with me, if she just bothered to check if it was my actual order we would all be happy. I get you’re busy BUT I’m hungry and tired as well. If you can’t get my order correctly, lose the attitude.
