We had lunch at this Tim Hortons while my mom was having a procedure done. I ordered a bagel with butter double toasted and a chicken parm flat bread. The bagel was not double toasted or have any butter on it. The flatbread was bland with absolutely no taste. Was a horrible experience.

I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional, which made my visit extremely unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concerns with understanding and respect, they dismissed me in an unkind manner, leaving me feeling unwelcome.
As a loyal customer, I expect a certain standard of service and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial role. This experience has made me question whether I want to continue visiting this location. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their attitude toward customers. Customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.”
I visited the Tim Hortons located in the hospital for a quick lunch, which is very convenient. I ordered a mocha coffee, but it didn’t taste like the usual Tim Hortons quality. While the server was friendly and changed my drink, I felt it was unfair to charge me extra due to the inconvenience. Overall, the service was decent, but the extra charge left me a bit disappointed.

This Tim hortons rarely gets bagel orders correct. I asked for double toasted and double peanut butter. Worker looks at the screen order multiple times and still doesn't make it double toasted and double peanut butter. Missing the double toasted is okay for me. But missing the double peanut butter when you paid extra 50 cents is when I had to tell him to correct the bagel
