Horrible. I was in an extreme rush today so I decided to order from the mobile app. The app and the store had some type of malfunction and i sat waiting for close to 30 minutes for a meal and was late for work. I was asked to show my proof 5 times and never got what I ordered or my money back. I told them I was in a rush 4 times and got absolutely nothing in terms of accommodation. Not a way to treat a customer who uses your location every day.
Best Tim Hortons in the city! Such a nice interior and Amanda and Komal are the best!!
Extremely Slow workers.
We are the regular guest of this restaurant but today new lady took my order she looks matured than others but got no hospitality or kindness Costumer service was horrible.. since we entered till we got our order, she was rude..

Newly renovated community store. The people are pleasant.
Dietary restrictions: They will adjust menu items to suit restrictions. They are very good this way.
Parking: Community store so small parking lot. They have drive through too. That can be a bit of a challenge if you want to come into the store in rush hour. They are fairly prompt though. As Tim Horton’s go this is one of the better locations. Some are not at consumer friendly.

The atmosphere is actually very sad and dirty here at this location. I never sit in the restaurant because it feels pretty slimy even after the renovations due to the black mold found in here and all the employees getting sick, the restaurant has a soup kitchen feel to it. The staff are generally very controlling and love to yell over the counter. You can’t really feel very much friendliness here at this location. The donuts are stale most of the time, and coffee seems much stronger these days, more burnt, the roast is darker than the original recipe. They serve “Seattles Best” coffee now which is subways coffee and it’s much stronger. And their Original Tim’s Hortons blend is now what’s served at McDonald’s. So McDonald’s the better place for coffee now.

Needs employees that actually give a shit about working at their job and don't walk around acting like they're giving you coffee from their kitchen did they left sitting there from the other morning

Had a very rude encounter at this Tim’s. All I did was a mobile order and I saw the receipt for my drink. I also ordered food, but the receipt was only under my drink. I saw the bag of food SEPARATE from my drink. I asked one of the staff (an elder Filipino lady, with black glasses, short black hair) and she was incredibly rude. I waited to ask when she was near and not so busy just to double check if the food was mine. But when I asked she was all, “I don’t know. I didn’t make this order. Where’s your receipt?” In a very impolite and impertinent manner. Then I showed my receipt and BLAMED me for not showing it to her. Uhmmm okay? Next time just place both orders together with the receipt. But I stayed because my partner also did a mobile order. Same lady who was blatantly disrespectful and giving me attitude had the audacity to treat him nicely and even asking him how to pronounce his name correctly with a smile. Prior to that, she was treating ANOTHER MALE customer with better customer service that me and checking with him to make sure his drink is made properly. Not only is she insolent, but she showed blatant differences of her character and customer service skills. Borderline biased behaviour for male and female paying customers.
She should be retrained to show proper customer service skills to both male AND female customers.
Again, this was a mobile order. Should be an in and out process. But over a simple question, she, herself made my quick trip an excruciating and offensive experience. Do better.

Went for an after dinner tea with my wife at this location. Their tea is never hot. When I asked the woman at the late night shift to warm it up she refused. I than tried to go through the app to file my complaint and it did not work and the receipt that she gave me had no survey code. If you like tea or good service I recommend not going here. The employee that helped me seemed she more irritated that i was there than offer good customer service. Try brimley and ellesmere Tim's. They are much better
