Food and services are great.
Like the new renovations and the new menu items that are diabetic friendly.
Just be mindful that like any other warm places around right now that are affordable you will have a different crowd of people at different times of the day, month and even year. It is not okay to be a Karen or rude to someone who is using Tim’s to respite from the cold or looks different than what you want.
You could be in that exact position if you experience the right things. I am seeing way too many people hating on people who are without a permanent home and it’s just getting old!

I ordered chicken and bacon wrap. When i took my first bite it has egg then took my 2nd bite has hash brown. They gave me a wrong order and i paid $8.05 with medium black coffee. Was too excited to eat at work but felt frustrated when i got the wrong wrap 😔.

The atmosphere and the service of this place is extremely disappointing. A bunch of friends and I have been to this Tim hortons 3 times and during those times we were treated very rudely. Multiple staff members were impatient and disrespectful so much to the point we had to leave and go to a different location. This happened on multiple occasions with 2 of their lady staffs. If i could rate lower than a one star i would.

I visited this Tim Hortons a couple of days ago and had a terrible experience. The lady at the counter was very rude and had a lot of attitude, kept rushing us, stressing us out and didn’t give us the chance to scan for points either. She also scammed me, overcharging me for my food and didn’t oblige to the changements I requested to be made on my food. Due to her terrible customer service I didn’t enjoy my wrap at all and I got overcharged. This is also not the first time that I’ve experienced something like this at this Tim Hortons location. I don’t expect to be returning to this Tim Horton ever again until the workers learn how to treat us properly.

Bought 20 Timbits around 0420pm on October 26,2025 , through drive through. Took them home , ate , lots of them were smelling like shit , tried calling them twice afterwards, nobody picked my call. Management, please look into the matter and make sure fresh food is being served , cause those timbits were for sure not fresh . Thank you

Life of a Bachelor

Ordered xl French vanilla which they only fill 2/3 the way. Also ordered 2 spiced crème filled donuts $1.99 each and a double chocolate donut $1.69. They didn’t have the 2 spiced and couldn’t provide refund. Gave me a Boston crème and sour cream glazed. What’s the point of ordering via the app if they never have anything you want. And can’t refund if they don’t.

Ordered the Timbits Summer Bucket via the app, only to be told it was sold out at the drive-thru. Instead of a refund, I was given a 30-count order in a 50-count box and charged the full $10.99 price—which is more than the regular $9.99 price for a 50-count box. The staff refused a refund, telling me to contact customer service, who then said refunds for in-person orders are the store's responsibility. This is poor inventory management and even worse customer service. Highly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this location especially using the mobile app to order.

Horrible. I was in an extreme rush today so I decided to order from the mobile app. The app and the store had some type of malfunction and i sat waiting for close to 30 minutes for a meal and was late for work. I was asked to show my proof 5 times and never got what I ordered or my money back. I told them I was in a rush 4 times and got absolutely nothing in terms of accommodation. Not a way to treat a customer who uses your location every day.
