I usually frequent this location ..until last night...

Last night I was at the drive through window waiting for my order when I observed a lady in the kitchen (with bare hands, no gloves) while making someone's salad.

With no gloves on she grabbed lettuce and chicken pieces that she added top of the salad.

When I asked the girl at drive through for the manager, the same lady prepping the food came to the window (still bare hands) no gloves

When I spoke to her...she told me yes she knew she's suppose to wear gloves ...but she didn't have a good reason as to why she wasn't wearing them.

I told her to discard the salad she made immediately before I drove away, to which she did.

When I asked for her name (as a manager) she refused to provide that.

Note: during the time she was prepping that salad, I saw her touching her face and Glasses in between grabbing the lettuce and chicken pieces.

Save your time money and avoid food poisoning and avoid this Tim Hortons

HELLO TIME HORTON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION? I ordered French vanilla few days ago and it was so disappointing cuz it taste like LITREALLY bitter coffee I didn’t ask for coffee and then I thought okay maybe it was just one time problome recently I order again French vanilla SAME MISTAKE worst this time it was LITREALLY sooo watery it DIDNT taste good and in general traumatized me trying to enjoy my favourite drink French vanilla, PLEASE Tim’s try harder and better I expected a lot from you guys.

Worst experience, staff is so lousy it took 30 minutes to serve farmers wrap. badly cooked, asked for a bagel with extra butter but hardly they put any butter. Twice checked with them every time staff responded to wait better the management shut down this location

This place is terrible they cut you off whenever your trying to give you there order. Rude at the window and to top it off incompetent. When someone asked for double toast don’t give them a bagel not toasted at all. If I pay for espresso cold foam which is an extra charge and don’t get it. Instead I get an iced coffee… get to the window and it’s like your trash don’t say good morning, rushing you just to pay and get out of there face. This location is a joke I will definitely be going somewhere else from now on and so should everyone else.

You really need to hire pleasant front counter staff. I didn't have a good experience sat aug 30, 3pm or so. No smile, no thank you.
Even after waiting for her to sort change in till? after I had ordered a small coffee, and paid with exact change of 1.65. She gives me back .35. gave her back the .35. No response. Next time I will not feel guilty keeping it.
Put her in the back glazing donuts. She should not be dealing with the public, if you want your business to grow.
