Worse service ever!!!!!

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AT TWILIGHT RESTAURANT. THEY WAIT TO MESS WITH YOUR EVENT THE DAY OF! BEWARE.

SUNIL DID NOT HONOUR THE AGREEMENT WHETHER IT WAS MADE VERBALLY, BOOKED 2 MONTHS AHEAD FOR PRIVATE EVENT. HE DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD.

VANI WAS HOVERING OVER THE PARTY, RUDE TO GUESTS AND STARTED MAKING SLANDERING/INSULTING COMMENTS TO MY GUESTS.

THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY, THIEVES WHO LIED ABOUT THE AGREEMENT.

VANI ALSO STOLE MY LIQUOR! YOU THINK I DIDN'T NOTICE?

Bartenders sucks. It’s like they don’t want to server you. Very unfortunate this is the situation. Good place but get better bartenders please.

A great place to eat and hang out. A nice experience . I got here for paint on the first Wednesdays of the month. ** highly recommend

We attended a new year party at this place and the starting itself was worst. We never had such a bad experience. There was a lady security, who were questioning each and everyone like we did some serious crime… She have to control her emotions and attitude. Worst experience ever. Please don’t host any program here. You will regret it. The place was so congested and smelled so bad. It was so hot. Never ever recommend this place even to my enemies.

I ordered chicken in the ruff with veggie fried rice. The chicken was disappointing. The veggie fried rice was good but the chicken was extremely dry and ubsure what batter used for the chicken, it is definitely not the best. I ordered the schezuan shrimp which as good.

Noodles were decent but the chicken had no taste whatsoever

Amazing pepper shrimp, special chicken fried rice, and hearty soups ! Great people and even greater vibes !

We are going to this restaurant for a while, and I must say I enjoy myself everything I and my family go to this restaurant.

I went here for the first time on a date during the week. It was pretty crowded, but we were able to find a table. My date & I both ordered a drink & a meal before playing games (I also ordered a snack cup with my drink).

We got our drinks within 10-15 minutes of being seated & starting a game.

2 hours passed without us getting our meals. My date went to ask why it was taking so long. The male employee replied that he forgot our meals. Meanwhile, many other groups within the space received their food and drinks (presumably in a timely manner).

No apologies for the wait. No offer to ensure we get our food as quickly as possible considering it was their mistake. He actually just asked if we still wanted the food. Maybe 20 minutes later, we received our meals.

I never got the snack cup also lol.

Worth mentioning we were the only black folks in the restaurant until 10 30ish pm. IDK if it was racism, or if their electronic menu system severely glitched and missed our orders (though we ordered food & drinks at the same time & received the drinks just fine).

The female employee seemed kind & offered us a discount for the trouble. Throughout my night, the male employee seemed to intentionally avoid looking at my date & I (no response to things we said, looking away when we tried to establish eye contact, etc). It was busy at times, but we're customers too and he didn't seem to care.

Anyways, I probably won't come back. No interest in being treated like this again. Fair warning to any other black folks who are looking for a cute spot in Scarborough.

My experience with the food and customer service was horrible. This was my first time going to the restaurant with a friend. I order lo-mein with jerk chicken meal. When my food came it was swimming in cornstarch gravy. I am allergic to this and it was not appetizing looking . I ask to change for rice instead I was advised this was not possible and was told they would remake my order without cornstarch. When I got my order again it was the same. I was refuse a refund stating I got what I ordered. I walked out leaving the food and my money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying food at this establishment.

The fact I paid $6.75 for these stale ass fries and $14 for these nasty wings is crazy !twilight do better and never again. The wings are even worst they Taste like they were cooked from earlier and refried to make them fresh. I ordered in person at that ,not over the phone or app Waste of money !!!!!!!
