Yesterday around lunch, I visited this location and had one of their burgers. Hours later, I started feeling unwell with fever, stomach cramps, body chills and aches, and fatigue, and then I violently vomited suddenly last night at home. What I initially thought was a regular cold turned out to be food poisoning. This is completely unacceptable. I am still recovering, but due to how severely I got sick, I will never return to this location—or any Wendy’s location. It’s a shame. Your staff needs to take food safety much more seriously.

This is really getting ridiculous. Past five six times they mess up my simple order . Extra lettuce Extra onion Extra tomato keep everything the same. Last time they gave me extra everything and the burger was just soggy from the extra mayo and ketchup. The time before that it was half a piece of lettuce and almost no onion or tomato. I get it its fast food but I'm really confused if they have something against me or if they dont understand English. Really not that much of request people. Today they didnt add a single pickle , I understand this is a minimum wage job but come on !!!

I hate this location.What happened to customer service🤔🤔 Our employees not getting trained anymore. How is it possible that you're standing In line, employees walking back-and-forth and don't have the courtesy to even say.Give me a second or i'm coming nothing. You're trying to get their attention?And they keep going back and forth in the back. Oh, and did that I mention?What is the point of using gloves?If you're touching everything else and then you're touching the food with the same dirty gloves. I wouldn't recommend this location service is crap. Inside and outside is dirty.

The staffs are utter failure. Not professional. I observed this each time I visited this Wendy’s location. Even though the drive through is barely occupied they pretend to be busy all the time and serves food late , while the nearby Tim’s is super busy and they manage this decently.

It was 8 mins away from 10:30 am today and I came by the drive through and was told that cheese fries weren’t available until after 10:30, they seriously couldn’t make it at that time? Disappointed in the customer service
