I have been getting food from Yummis for over 5 years now. I always get their shawarma and fries or their burger and fries and im always very satisfied. Today I decided to order food online from here. I Payed over 30 dollars for a chicken plate on uber eats. half fries half rice. First of all, the presentation of the food was terrible. The food box was extremely soggy and the food honestly just did not look appetizing at all. The chicken and veggies tasted fine, but the rice was EXTREMELY salty. I couldnt take more than 2 bites of it. The fries were also pretty salty but way more tolerable than the rice. Im really disappointed

I went to this place to order food and was waiting patiently. The tall guy working there was alone at the counter, taking payment from the customer in front of me. Once that customer left, he completely ignored me as if I wasn’t even standing there. A couple of men walked in after me, and instead of acknowledging me or asking what I wanted, he immediately started talking to them. They assumed I had already ordered, but I hadn’t even been spoken to yet. The guy actually asked them what they wanted while I was still waiting right in front of him — unbelievable. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No basic manners at all. My friend also mentioned that he once sneezed on someone’s food and continued preparing it without washing his hands — absolutely disgusting if that’s true. This place clearly doesn’t care about hygiene or customer service. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s exactly what I’d rate it.

Got 7 shawarmas and fries. Spent $70 and they are so incredibly spicy nobody was able to eat it. Just a total waste of time and money. The employee asked if we wanted everything on it and we said yes but didnt think he would make it all unedible. Not happy about this. They didnt even ask how spicy we want it. They also dont have tahina. What shawarma place doesn't have tahina!

What stood out most was the extra effort from the staff: fries usually do not come with veggies, but they kindly customized it for us without hesitation. That thoughtful gesture really made the experience special.
The taste was on point, portion size was satisfying, and the service was warm and welcoming. It’s small details like this that make you want to come back.
Definitely planning to visit again and try more from their menu 🤌🏽
