It was super delicious. I ordered large intestine noodles and braised beef noodles. The noodles were chewy and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I’m super satisfied today~so happy
Seemed to be a family style restaurant. Tried the braised beef noodle which the noodles are supposed to be hand made but not as chewy as I like. Braised beef slices were made from boneless shank meat and quite tender. Bowl is quite big and portions decent for its price. We got the leek, shrimp and pork dumplings and chose pan fried instead of steamed or boiled. The dumplings wraps were more chewy and pan fried nicely.
I’ve been a regular customer here and have tried different dishes. The noodles and dumplings are handmade and you can definitely see the quality with every bite. Each noodle soup is unique in flavour with very rich broth. Owner/chef is friendly and always greet you with a smile. Portions are huge and worth every penny!
