The sweetest employee greeted and assisted me with my order today. I ordered a couple danishes, a matcha choux croissant and a donut. Everything was delicious. It's been a week and I'm still salivating over the choux croissant and donut, absolute perfection, not overly sweet at all. I would highly recommend and will visit again soon.

We got a box of 6 beautiful cakes. Two purple yams, a Montblanc,a black sesame cheesecake, a matcha cake and a blueberry mousse cake. Our favorites would be the purple yam tart and Montblanc! But they were all very good.

I ordered a cup of green tea latte. Medium size is $6.45 cost more than Starbucks. I thought they must use really good quality matcha, however I was wrong. This is probably the worst matcha latte I ever had. Disappointed!!

This cute patisserie is located inside JTown. It reminds me of Duo Patisserie a lot with the style of the pastries, the similar tart crust and the expensive prices (each pastry ranges from $5 to $8).My gf and I tried the basque cheesecake and the lumiere pastry tart.Basque cheesecake: Really light, fluffy and perfect burnt topping. The cheesecake was rich but still moist.Lumiere pastry tart: The crust was made from a REALLY good cookie crumble. The cheese mousse was lemony and the blueberry yogurt inside cut through the richness of the cheese perfectly.Sadly, because of how expensive this place is (and how far it is from me), I don't think I'd be a regular. I do want to come back and try the Abbie (chocolate raspberry) and Violetta (ube sweet cream) tarts though. They just popped out at me in the dessert window but my gf was feeling the other ones more haha.

Consumers BE AWARE!Always check Nakamura first before going here. They sell EXACT SAME strawberry shortcake for both YUZU NO KI and NAKAMURA Bakery. (Which I confirmed with the bakery staffs) Yet the price difference of $4 for the whole cake. Yuzu $48 / Nakamura $44Apparently they make the cake and Nakamura source the cake from them but Nakamura sell it for cheaper price.ARE YOU KIDDING ME???At least set a price agreement when selling the same cake side by side.I feel so stupid paying more for exact same cake as a customer.I would never buy cakes from here anymore when exact same quality cake is sold at next door for cheaper price. They refused to refund the cake that was bought 2 minutes ago. They need to realize that it is a way to kill their business.

I suggest you go to Bakery Nakamura next door. Bakery Nakamura sells Yuzu No Ki's products for cheaper than their own store

Nice little Japanese café in JTown.Went to get cream puffs for Valentine’s Day.I took the last of the selection, so make sure to order ahead of time so that you’re not disappointed. The cream puffs were tasty and crispy.Good filling.Unfortunately, didn’t take pictures and will make sure to do some next time.Location is quite small so you probably wouldn’t be able to dine in.But more than enough for takeout. Some other interesting options so would try others in addition to more cream puffs.

Visited Yuzunoki for some baked goods for a party and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere tucked away in J-Town. Although small, the showcase displayed a variety of enticing treats. Tried the mont blanc and Violetta, both delightful, with the mont blanc perfectly balanced in sweetness and softness. The Violetta's base was a bit tough, but still enjoyable. Paired the sweets with a latte and hot chocolate, completing the experience. A great find for those exploring J-Town's culinary scene!

Cozy little cafe in J-Town. There is something about their goods that you can tell is made with care. I know there are a lot of pretty desserts in bakeries and cafes in general but are a let down when you eat them but there is something about these that made me sure that they are very well made and are delicious - and I was right.I was tempted to get several things but I ended up settling for the Mont Blanc because surely, there's a reason it's the last one. The texture was to die for. It was delicate and light even with the cream and the chestnut filling. It isn't too sweet either which is common with Asian cafes. We will be back to try more sweets. My husband said they have the best croissant he's ever eaten (he orders a croissant whenever we come by any bakery/cafe).

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The cakes are excellent, so I spoke with the owner on instagram about making cakes for our wedding. The owner said ok! We were so excited to buy some cakes to try for our wedding. We went to the store and I spoke with a long haired female employee and she said that is impossible, we never do cakes for our wedding and was being extremely rude and angry towards us. She really made us feel bad and we went home. I’m not sure why she behaved this way to us , because we were polite and spoke nicely to her…. Maybe racism or something…. I will never buy from this store again because of how she treated us.
