I'm a loyal customer for the taste of their sushi. Authentic and simple and the rice is seasoned well. Most fusion places season the rice too lightly because of all the sauces and tempura bits they're going to add. This is a takeout place only. There are a limited number of boxed sushi made each day. If you're arriving after 12:00 you take your chances. Call ahead and reserve the sushi box you want. Cash and debit only.
This is a sushi restaurant inside the J-Town building. You can see the chef making the sushi with all his heart. You can eat authentic Japanese sushi and sell it in an easy-to-eat package for lunch. The shop is small and you can eat at the counter or on an outdoor bench. You have to go early to eat this sushi. Sushi is sold out after 12 noon. I love this house so much
