Food was greasy spoon style in the basement of motel. Very tasty and large portions. Owner was very friendly. The decor was very simple, old, and eclectic. Had a great meal and relaxing break on route to our destination.

Food was surprisingly good. The restaurant needs a redesigned look, felt like I was eating in someone's basement, which I suspect is true. But the food was truly good, so overall a good experience.

Amazing that u found a place that's just as old school and welcoming and they make you fluke family! The food is great and the owners are so accommodating as well! We ordered some food from there and they were so fast on getting things done and just efficient. A rare gem I've yet to find another place that was so comfortable.

After meeting the owners of Hungry Moose and reading the raving reviews, I'm convinced a trip to their restaurant in Schreiber, Ontario, is a must. While I haven't dined there yet, the warmth of the owners and the buzz around their delicious offerings like the Moose Burger have me excited to experience it for myself.I can't wait to make the special trip and share my own experience at Hungry Moose. It promises to be an adventure in both hospitality and flavor.
