My husband once said that this place has the best fish and chips in all of North America. I didn't believe it. But on a trip to Winnipeg and back we stopped at this place. I can confidently say that the fish and chips here are truly the best.
We stopped here during a road trip for some lunch and we're blown away!The small fries was a formidable portion, and the $7 poutine was MASSIVE!!I'm a huge poutine fan and the one here was excellent! A generous portion of delicious cheese curds, and really tasty fries! Initially I thought the gravy was a bit on the light side but it grew on me quickly and tied the whole meal together perfectly!Would recommend anybody driving by stop here!
Delicious food and the absolute friendliest and amazing staff. A must stop for everyone!
