Tim Hortons offers vegetarian options and has a large parking lot. This beautiful restaurant is a great stop for early mornings, with fast and friendly service at a reasonable rate. One team member left a huge smile on a customer's face, and another made mean coffee, leaving a smiley face on the cup. Tim Hortons Seaforth is awesome. However, the service is not always consistent, with drive-thru times varying. The front of house team needs to be more prompt. Delegating time from cashing at the drive-thru to the front needs to improve, and orders need to be prioritized better. Mobile orders should not take longer than expected due to staff making other, later orders. Speed of service without line-ups is not prioritized for the front. Better training of younger staff might improve speed of service.
