Excellent service great food
Went to sit down and all the tables were dirty.
Used the washrooms and the men's urinals were out of service and the toilet didn't flush.
The ladies needed a clean.
When we left the garbage bins were full.
Will still go back again, it's so convenient on our travels, so easy to get in and out.

Did have a problem here once. They were right on top of it. Everything was fixed very efficiently.

Worst Tim Hortons, consistently slow service and many items on the menu not available. Went in for Chilli and was told none available. This was at just after 12:00 noon. This is a constant at this location. Ordered a Jalapeño slow chicken wrap instead. A four year old could have made the wrap better, it fell apart in my hands. There was so much jalapeño sauce on the wrap that I could not finish it. It was practically soup in a wrap. Terrible, I don’t think a manager is ever there and if one is they lack skills. The owner obviously does not care a bit. This is a franchise that the mothership should take a close look at.

Service was a little slower than usual atvthis location , probably due to busy drive through traffic , dining room was not busy

(This happened a few days ago.) I came in after a really rough day, went to order a coffee and was treated with the utmost kindness and respect by the person working counter, I believe his name was Michael? Made my day a bit better and I definitely will come here again.

All the tables were dirty. The floor was full of debris and the chairs on the outside tables were in a disarray. Ordered three coffees and I had to ask for a tray. No love.

I had a really great experience here! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and respectful. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything really stand out. It’s refreshing to see such genuine care and professionalism — I truly appreciate the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I have noticed that some employees at this store are frequently using Punjabi and Hindi while attending to customers. In addition, a few of them often use inappropriate and vulgar Punjabi words while talking among themselves, even in front of Indian customers and their colleagues — including female staff members. As i also belongs to the Punjabi community, I find this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful. It creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and coworkers. I believe it would be better if staff members maintained professional language standards while on duty and communicated in a respectful manner, especially when serving customers.

I have been a little dissatisfied with this Tim Hortons as of late. I am not a huge user of any of these type places. However I am up to 3 consecutive visits to this store and 3 times my order has been messed up. Coffee instead of hot chocolate, regular lemonade instead of a frosted lemonade, and today a blueberry muffin instead of a chocolate chip muffin. I also had to ask for my 2 timbits for my dog which I bought and paid for. I went there today thinking my order would be wrong and I was correct......

Pretty standard tim hortons was very busy at the time. Food order was correct and hot

Usy place lot of the time always stop here on way up north
