I usually don't share reviews that much, but I just could'nt help myself due to my recent experience.
I ordered Cilantro lime veggie loaded wrap and an Ice coffee from this Tim’s on Friday around 6pm as I was on my way to Ottawa and wanted to grab something for my way. Around 6:30pm (15 min away from Washago) when I opened and was shocked to find that the wrap had Chicken and bacon even though I ordered a meatless wrap. I Immediately called their number and mentioned it to them regarding it. The guy who answered my call was totally cluesless, he mentioned it was buzy and all. I mean their was noone behind me and were only 2 cars ahead me. Bottom line, This is highly unacceptable. I could’ve been allergic or it could’ve been absolutely against my belief system. This is serious and should never be repeated.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Very very slow service. Had to wait 40 minutes for a coffee. Employees was very rude. Store manager needs to teach some manners to employees.

One of the staff put his fingers in his mouth with the glove on and next minute he was baking. Again put his fingers in his mouth. Then he removed the plastic glove and cleaned his ear and then put his glove on. When I complained it to the store manager once she spoke to him, they were laughing and giggling, dint take it seriously. This is annoying as they don’t take action to the customers feedback rather making fun.

The service there was terrible… went there this evening the lady working the speaker was lazy and more concerned about having a conversation with employees than doing her job. She cut me off while mid order and told me to drive up. I told her I wasn’t done and with attitude her response was what do you want. So I continued with my order. The line up inside was long and there was no line up in the drive thru so I was in the drive thru I tried to order timbits for my son and she tried telling me they had none. Even though I was inside and seen they had plenty……
She was just lazy and rude.

Half the staff can barely speak or comprehend english, the other half have nasty attitudes for no reason.

Location is convenient, but the food is always wrong, missing ingredients or straight up disgusting.

Staff needs to learn how to properly make the food & drinks, plus learn how to count money.

Have gone here many times, today will be my last. It’s a nice looking building, what a waste.

I either get the nicest staff at the window or worst. I’ve been consistently going to this location for the past 4 years because I live in the area and recently I’ve received the worst customer service (speaking from someone who’s also worked and is part of management in the customer service industry). Some of the staff act like they don’t have the time of day for you (whether it’s busy or not) and rush you through where you order in the drive thru and don’t give me the chance to correct what they’ve repeated back incorrectly or not letting me finish saying the rest of my order.

The other day they repeated the order back and I told them it was incorrect and corrected them. I get to the window and they still try to hand me the incorrect drink and the one lady walks over to the window and tries to tell me this is exactly what I ordered while giving me attitude. Keep in mind I was not rude or snarky because I know what it’s like to deal with customers who are such but I still received dirty looks even though I just asked for my correct order. Even actually today when I went through the drivethru I received dirty looks I guess they remember me or maybe this is how they treat all their customers?

I’ve also received an iced capp about a month or 2 ago that had a broken coffee stirrer inside which I didn’t notice until I was more than half done my drink. Then again accidents do happen but that’s a little concerning considering what would’ve happened if I didn’t notice and choked or if a younger child had something like that in their drink?

Again I’ve had good experiences with other staff that are extremely friendly but those do not make up for the negative experiences I’ve been having recently at this tims.
