Pretty standard tim hortons was very busy at the time. Food order was correct and hot

We just used the restrooms. The restrooms and restaurant were clean.

Love my morning drinks and to be charged different prices. Find facial hair in my drink. Sorry but having people who can't understand what is being asked for over the speaker where you have to repeat yourself at the window.
Management do the best they can
Would love to keep coming back and hope you can get a groove to get it running smoother and faster, think it will go a long way

A memorable and jovial atmosphere aided by kind employees and warm, homely food. I was attended by Will Horne who was very helpful with my order, with which I was having difficulty due to my unfamiliarity with the menu and its seasonal products.

I generally give a Tim Hortons a 1 or 2 star review as it's an absolute trash food chain. However, the staff were shockingly competent and quick at this location. Who knew.

Nearly every single time we visit, on our way further north it is busy, but even when it's not, the service is always extremely slow. They seem way understaffed? We have stood in line, put in an order watched the person we ordered with make up our entire order, maybe taking 5 minutes, hand it to us, then take the next order. Once a year or so ago during a heat wave we were told it was too hot for them to turn on their ovens and therefore we couldn't order anything that needed heating/cooking. Just seems either mismanaged or they just do not care about customers, sadly people will continue to visit because of their location. Other than a lousy service issue, it looks clean inside.

I usually don't share reviews that much, but I just could'nt help myself due to my recent experience.
I ordered Cilantro lime veggie loaded wrap and an Ice coffee from this Tim’s on Friday around 6pm as I was on my way to Ottawa and wanted to grab something for my way. Around 6:30pm (15 min away from Washago) when I opened and was shocked to find that the wrap had Chicken and bacon even though I ordered a meatless wrap. I Immediately called their number and mentioned it to them regarding it. The guy who answered my call was totally cluesless, he mentioned it was buzy and all. I mean their was noone behind me and were only 2 cars ahead me. Bottom line, This is highly unacceptable. I could’ve been allergic or it could’ve been absolutely against my belief system. This is serious and should never be repeated.

Wonderful service by the staff. I would especially like to mention a staff member: Newson, who is always there serving customers with a smile on face.

Horrible service the slowest service I have had at a Tim will likely go elsewhere going forward not to mention the messed the order up
