Coffee was old and awful. If you can find another place close by, you're better off going there. Service is good.

I was appalled to read about the suffering that hens in cages are forced to endure. Extreme confinement denies hens the ability to spread their wings or even take a few steps. What progress has Coffee Time made on its commitment to banning cruel cages from its supply chain?

I had experienced the worst customer service this morning in the store which located at 5926 Yonge St. Toronto. The cashier rounded up the amount when I paying by credit card as same as cash, and it's not the first time happened at that store. I just reminded her that she should charge the customer correct amount when people paying by card not round couple cents up after I paid,she threw 5 cents on the ground and yelling at me "Pick up your money and get out" when I was leaving. That really surprised me, I also paid and just remind her be aware that paying by cash or card is different, didn't do anything wrong. Is this the way your store trained employee how to treat customers? This is the worst customer service I had experienced or heard in my life so far, ever. Hope someone can deal with this issue, and make sure it won't happen again.

Oh my god i cannot believe how gross your Oshawa location is, its falling apart, bugs everywhere and holes in the walls, only one light every bulb in the entire store is out so its very dark in there. Bullet holes in windows... and barely any food choices..... a couple stale donuts. Very gross cannot believe it. Everyone go look for yourself- 1047 simcoe st S oshawa!!
