Mikaela was a very lovely welcoming hostess. She gave wonderful friendly service. Evan, busy in the kitchen, prepared tasty sandwiches, yummy sweets and delicious scones served with Devon cream and strawberry jam. The tea selection was the largest I have ever seen. The dining room is very simply set with vintage teacups. A perfect way to enjoy a very modestly priced High Tea. I highly recommend it on the way in to Stratford or on the way out or both. Best to make a reservation.

Went a week ago for the high tea. It was amazing! Best scones I have ever had at a high tea. They were huge lemon blueberry ones. Lots of food amongst the 4 of us. Service was friendly and fast.
Would definitely return! The room was a bit warm but it was warm outside.
Thanks for making it a great place to visit!

High Tea in the town of Shakespeare! We had high tea on our way to see a play in Stratford. Based on reviews, we chose the town of Shakespeare, 12 minutes from Stratford, and were not disappointed! From the sandwiches to the scones to the desserts, we could quickly see the extra effort that went into preparing each delectable choice. Generous portions, each great tasting. You can tell the chef goes the extra mile using good quality ingredients and also taking the time to make a more extravagant desert. I’ve never had crème brûlée at a high tea! We told them we’ve had high tea at Westminster Abbey in England and this one tasted even better! Will be back!

What a great tea room. From the outside it doesn't look like much but there's a nice comfortable calm atmosphere inside. The food and tea were amazing! We had high tea. Reservations are recommended in order to get the best options for food sensitivities. They accommodated our gluten and vegetarian needs. I've had a lot of gluten free pastries....this was next level. I even got some extras to take home.

Impeccable service! And all food is made in house and it has that “made fresh” taste which was wonderful. Tea is plentiful and you are encouraged to try as many teas as you want and with small pots this was possible.
They are doing some renovating but the tea room itself is finished. Highly recommend!

A must visit for visitors to Stratford and the festival. Sleep in late and see them for tea at 11 am. Every tea imaginable, and delicious, perfectly fresh sandwiches. Minutes from Stratford, wonderful owners, and very reasonable.

Ate there once and will never go back. I ordered the quiche and it was 75% dried out as if it had been microwaved a dozen times. It was so dried out that the knife made an Audible sound bouncing off of it. It was not edible and they refused to replace it and charged me for something that no one could eat. Terrible customer service
** CHARMING **
Took my daughter (7) to the Harry Potter themed High Tea. We loved the whole experience- very charming and gracious thoughtful service. You don’t normally encounter this kind of service so it really stood out to me. I’m recommending this to all my Tea Snob friends they really know their stuff. I particularly loved my tea sandwiches which were super fresh with very finely sliced cucumber and tomato. My daughter loved the chocolate frog and the sorting hat cupcakes ( which incredibly were correct in choosing our Hogwarts House colours)
Very thoughtful and considered tea pairings and choices. Lots of themed activities for young ones and I noticed older /adult )) Potter fans had foiled chocolate Snitchs
Highly recommend

A fun experience for some girl time. Tons of tea options. Super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Would recommend making a reservation versus walk-in. Was very surprised for a high tea environment that there were numerous children 5 years and younger. Definitely offers a different atmosphere than what we were expecting. Scones were amazing and we also really enjoyed the small quiche served with the high tea. Parking is limited.
Vegetarian options: There was no meat dishes at high tea.
Parking: Parking spots to the right of the restaurant is limited.
