The food and atmosphere were awesome. However we had to ask for utensils, napkins and drinks with our lunch.so half of us were finished eating before the rest could eat thiers. The staff were friendly. Just not on the ball. Was a great stop for lunch after riding the trails. We did stay the night so no opinions about the rooms

Really great service and both my husband and I loved the food. We'll stop again on our way through and will be sure to let them know we're on 4 wheelers because we didn't find out till afterwards that if we had of let them know we would have gotten a 10% discount.

Went to the Restaurant for my Birthday and had to leave right away as it smelled so foul in there.

Okay so I actually enjoyed the restaurant. I didn't rent any rooms there.
The good:
the food was really good and the prices were decent. The staff AMAZING. Very friendly and accommodating.
The bad (not so bad) there is a slight smell of sewage system maybe? It wasn't overwhelming but it was noticeable.
Lighting, I think a really good polish and clean up would make this place an exceptional place to enjoy food with friends and family.
I share this rating more to help them because really I did enjoy the food and the staff.
when I come back, which I wil be returningl, I will update my rating.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the food at the pub. Service was pleasant and never felt rushed. Might I suggest one improvement though - during the daytime hours (we go for lunch), the pub needs to be more brightly lit. It’s too dark in there, which does not enhance your experience.

Amazing food, the place is warm and cozy. Very nice restaurant and we loved the BBQ boneless. It is a must try if you come by the lake.

Great clean room, nice restaurant with local beer, the view from your room is amazing. The price is also very reasonable. You also have access to a dock for swimming. 5/5 definitely recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a wonderful stay at Sharbot Lake Country Inn & The Crossing Pub and can’t recommend it enough. I stayed in the Double Comfort Room, which was incredibly cozy and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. I was lucky to have clear skies during my stay, and stargazing at night was absolutely breathtaking.

The owner, Mathu, was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he even helped us decide what to order at the pub. Over my stay, I tried the jalapeño poppers, onion rings, maple bacon poutine, peppercorn mushroom provolone burger, chicken Caesar panini, fudge riot brownie, spicy pork, and even an off-menu burger steak.

The food was outstanding across the board—great quality, generous portions, and full of flavour. The atmosphere at the pub is cozy and comfortable, with excellent service. There’s also a pool table, darts, and live music on Thursdays, which really adds to the charm.

My absolute favourites were the jalapeño poppers, the burger steak (so tender and the gravy was 🤤), the mushroom burger, the maple bacon poutine (the best and most unique poutine I’ve ever had!), and the fudge riot brownie, which was the perfect sweet ending.

If you’re staying in the area or even just passing through, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

Mathu is the kindest business owner I have ever met! We were caught in a snow storm and all the rooms in the area were fully booked. Mathu gave everyone a 15% discount on the rooms. What an absolute gem of a human being. We will definitely return under better circumstances and highly recommend this inn and restaurant to everyone. Thank you very much Mathu!

I recently stayed at the Sharbot Lake Country Inn & Crossing Pub while performing there, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff were all fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. The food was excellent — I had the potato soup with bacon and a bacon cheeseburger, and both were absolutely delicious. My room had an amazing view of the lake, which made for a perfect way to unwind after the show. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year!

Stopped at The Crossing Pub in Sharbot Lake for something warm to drink and maybe lunch after an ATV ride from Verona. It was pretty quiet, after talking with the server they open at 11:30 and we were there probably around 12:00 or so.
The food was excellent, homemade fries, real hamburger. We had Bacon cheeseburgers. We will definitely put them on our list of places to stop at when passing by.
