Horrible experience I got a rice bowl and it spilled on the floor the worker told me it was my fault and will not replace the bowl. This is unprofessional I asked if they can make a replacement and they told me NO!. I asked to speak to a supervisor or and manager and they said they don’t have any supervisors or managers at this restaurant. They have an owner who shows up once a month. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this type of service

I went to eat with my kids and wife as we have a busy schedule. Thought this would be a decent convenient place to eat. The place was dead inside... That's not the issue. The issue here is with how dead this place is the tables and drink counter were absolutely disgusting. With not much traffic coming in and out of the store these employees here should be wiping the tables and chairs clean and keeping the drink counter spill free and stocked with lids for drinks. $50 for 2 subs, no other customers in the store and they can't even keep the place up to par. Either they don't care about housekeeping or it's just not a priority. For the 5-6 tables in there all it would require is 3 minutes. This is unacceptable. I wish I had taken pictures!

This Subway location always has fresh ingredients and the staff is always friendly, quick, and efficient. Even when they are very busy, you can usually expect a smile from behind the counter.

Customer service is bad. Been supporting this location for years but won’t anymore. Luckily there are plenty of subways elsewhere :-)

Just came out of the store here now and the service was bad. I told the brown guy (no offense) I wanted everything (topping) for my cold cut. He starts to put a couple toppings, and looks at me, then I told him 'everyting.' He goes to put everything but hardly any toppings of each. Once he finished I then told him if I can have more black olives and green peppers, he says he cant..then Im like..'no?', he goes 'no', then I go 'usually people put more than that'. He says no again. SSOOOO awkward. Live by here but wont be coming back. Hope saving a few toppings was worth it!

The guy (Brijesh) was unnecessarily rude also refused subway listens coupon and said this subway have different rules.When my friend tries to talk to him why is he being rude started shouting and arguing back. So we left without our food.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered from door dash last night, they accepted the order and then closed the store so the driver couldn't pick it up! So today I decided to give them one more chance. I waited the appropriate amount of time, however I found a large hair through the entire sub. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one. Absolutely disgusting that I didn't even get an apology when I brought it back to them in person. They re made the sub and just said bye. Excuse me? Where is my apology or even trying to make the situation better. Avoid this location at all costs, head office will be hearing from me after this.

Ordered like an hour ago and didn’t get my full order, I called them and all they said was “ what do you want me to do about it?” I don’t argue on the phone so I just said “ okay I’ll call Skip bye”
