WORST SUBWAY EVER. Second time coming here and again leaving with the feeling why did I come here. We were trying to get a quick lunch close to home, so this subway was the closest. REGRETS! Brought flashbacks of our first visit. First, they didn't Have multigrain bread! Like what? How do you not have extras during lunch hour. Then the stinginess with the toppings.. you have to literally ask for more of each topping that they add!! How are you guys still in business is my question. In no other Subway location do I ever have to ask for more of the topping. Then to add cherry on top… we decided to get a combo with fountain drink.. Their fountain drink machine doesn't have any diet drinks!!!?!? When I asked the guy he said yes there are none, my husband is a Diabetic, we can’t do regular drinks. When i told him you should have let me know there are no diet drinks in the machine.. The guy responded “I didn’t know you wanted diet drinks”. There are going to be many customers who would like diet drinks over regular.. and are going to assume that the machine will have at least one option of diet drinks. He kept arguing with me that how would he know i wanted diet drink. They can at least put a sign or something by the check out machine saying no diet drink on the machine. Worst Subway ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

Food was okay but then I went to go use the bathroom and halfway into using it I realized that there was no toilet paper… and it’s mid day so I had to run over to Pizza Hut next door to use their toilet paper and their service was so much better. Very disappointed, subway’s service is not good.

Went there to buy lunch for a co worker and myself, after paying I went to use the restroom and after sitting down and beginning to use the bathroom I noticed there was no toilet paper… Had to yell for help was an extremely terrible and embarrassing circumstance… After confessing my frustration and anger with the employees they then began to blame the customer before me instead of taking accountability and finding a way to make it right… I believe the workers name started with a V and ended in an L, was a very disturbing interaction. Can’t believe he had 0 sympathy whatsoever. Never have had such a bad interaction at subway.

I have been to so many subway and this one is worst. People put things in very little like nothing. Why you running business if you can’t serve properly i asked many time to put more and i can pay for it.

I'm putting one star because I cannot put 0 stars, I asked the guy working there I think his name is Vishal or something like that to put more Vegetables for me because he's been always cheap and doesn't put enough and he did add a very tiney bit then I asked him to put more and he refused he said he can't, I asked him to put more and charge me extra and he refused, I asked to speak to his manager and he said he's the manager and he doesn't have a supervisor, I argued with him for 20 minutes and at the end he added more because I said I will call the cops...never going back there again! And I still want to report this guy...

Horrible experience I got a rice bowl and it spilled on the floor the worker told me it was my fault and will not replace the bowl. This is unprofessional I asked if they can make a replacement and they told me NO!. I asked to speak to a supervisor or and manager and they said they don’t have any supervisors or managers at this restaurant. They have an owner who shows up once a month. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this type of service

I went to eat with my kids and wife as we have a busy schedule. Thought this would be a decent convenient place to eat. The place was dead inside... That's not the issue. The issue here is with how dead this place is the tables and drink counter were absolutely disgusting. With not much traffic coming in and out of the store these employees here should be wiping the tables and chairs clean and keeping the drink counter spill free and stocked with lids for drinks. $50 for 2 subs, no other customers in the store and they can't even keep the place up to par. Either they don't care about housekeeping or it's just not a priority. For the 5-6 tables in there all it would require is 3 minutes. This is unacceptable. I wish I had taken pictures!

This Subway location always has fresh ingredients and the staff is always friendly, quick, and efficient. Even when they are very busy, you can usually expect a smile from behind the counter.

Customer service is bad. Been supporting this location for years but won’t anymore. Luckily there are plenty of subways elsewhere :-)
