I remember i order triple triple but that indian guy doesn’t know the customer service spoke rudely i ask him to speak nicely then we received our order without sugar i mean no sugar at all very bad service

Just got the order november 21 2025 time 12:30 an Indian employee spoke rudely first and then they didn’t add sugar in our drinks i don’t know they did on purpose or not but didn’t like the service at all

I go here because closest to work. Toaster was broken for at least two days, at least once a week is out of buns, and impatient when trying to figure out what to eat because they are out of items from there menu. Also has items on menu board that they just don't carry.

This is the best Tim Hortons drive thru. I am usually in a hurry and they are fast and always have what we ask for . We drive from keswick to this location on the weekends because we know they will have what we want . Gail at the drive thru window is always so friendly Thank you for always being so great
