Worst customer service you can ever have
They don’t wear name tags to hide their worst customer service
Two ladies working there are extremely rude on the drive through and they work there every morning Monday to Friday

Nastiest Tim Hortons...I brought attention of the employees that there is a fly crawling on the pastries, the response was- A white mature lady yells at me "There are flies everywhere" and didn't even try to get it out. I do have a complete video, if the owner wishes; he/she can verify, 20th September 10:07 am in their CCTV. Its just gross !!! The problem isn't that a fly went in, the problem is that the employees didn't even bother to understand the significance of a fly crawling on the consumables and the lame response. I guess; next time its better to raise a complaint with Ontario Food Safety with all the evidence.

July 9, 2024 Around 9:47 am , white mature lady at the drive thru window was very rude , zero customer care, Ethics , irresponsible, disrespectful. Don’t know she was manger or supervisor, she is not fit for this job, To the owner please trained your staff for customer service first , I ordered ( order #159) july 9,2024 , I paid the full amount for 11 coffee cups and and was handed over 10 cups and while asking politely the missing cup , lady at the window with full of attitude and disrespectfully said clear the drive thru and park your car and come inside and check your order , what is missing as we don’t know your order , How come they charge full payment and don’t know the order , Ridiculous!!!

Some of the slowest service I have ever witnissed, only ordered 3 coffees, 2 were wrong somehow and the one that was right they couldn't bother to stir it...there's other tim hortons within a few minutes...go to a different one

Very disappointed and will not be returning.The 'manager' was rude (whoever was working there around noon on March 10, 2024). I was treated disrespectfully and will not be returning to this location (gas station at Leslie/Greenlane).In addition to making me feel like an item I ordered being out of stock was MY fault, they kept closing the window on me. I get that it's cold, but if someone is at the window, and they have their car window open being exposed to the cold, AND there is already a problem, they should be trying to appease the customer, not making it worse by being rude. By contrast at the nearby Starbucks, they told me "I am going to close the window for a sec while I get your drinks, is that okay?"In the end, there was no "thank you", no "sorry for the inconvenience", nothing at all. Just a scowling face turning away and a closed window again like a door being slammed in the face.I am always treated better at other places and will ensure my money is spent elsewhere going forward.Very disappointed and will not be returning.

How I suppose to eat this rock ? I order a bagel and they roasted it too much. You should at least look once at the food before serving to the customers. You are not offering it for free , I paid for it. It’s going in the garbage bin!

This was my worst experience at any Tim Hortons. I really don’t know on what basis the manager of this branch chooses his staff, especially the supervisor who is very ill-tempered and doesn’t even have the minimum customer service skills, I have also observed several times that her blonde hair sticks to her clothes and she serves customers in this condition. This was the last time I will be purchasing from this branch. To avoid witnessing such rude, inexperience and irresponsibility, I won’t even visit this gas station, even if I run out of fuel.
