I had such an amazing experience at the Tim Hortons in Shelburne thanks to Kendra! She was so friendly and informative about the products, and she really went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My food on Monday was phenomenal — made perfectly, just the way I like it. Kendra’s attention to detail and excellent customer service made the visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back!
We stand over here for a longer time. In a queue but the workers over here do gossip don’t i interested to pay attention on customer. Even they are 5 in number but still very bad service i have to wait 10 min for my order worst customer service ever
I’m my opinion; just purchased 4 coffees as usual most every day but yesterday December 21st the coffee was horrible as it tasted watered down!!!!!! Almost no flavour. I’m my opinion perhaps shrinkflation has diminished the coffee volume in the packets they use. Alternatively the coffee packets may have been filtered twice! Just tasted like absolute nothing!! Perhaps McDonald coffee is the consistent coffee flavour I’m looking for. Just saying.
