I selected Bangers and Mash from the ample menu. B & M is an apparently simple modest dish which is not so easy to master.
What I received, in generous portions, was a delightful rendering prepared and presented by a master! From the perfect mashed potatoes, the wonderful sausages, the caramelized onions, the baked beans and the gravy, all well presented, it was perfect! My compliments to a fine chef.
