For a late Sunday night staff was polite and friendly. Chicken burgers were fresh and hot. The Nashville hot chicken was fantastic. Finally found a good chicken burger in Simcoe.
Staff were amazing. Friendly and professional. I asked numerous food questions and the staff answered my questions fully and patiently. I felt heard and respected. Location was clean. Food was delicious. We loved the new fries.

This location actually hires local Canadians from Simcoe !! Easy to tell by the minute you pull in garbage cans are empty store is clean.
Food was delicious hot and exactly what I ordered, such a refreshing experience, seeing a chain restaurant that hires within the community.
