Food and service are great. They haven't cleaned the carpet in twenty years so it seems. Ceiling is dusty. Some benches have been redone but the ones that haven't are disgusting. Chairs are old and all banged up. Tables are old and gross. Won't be black for a year and then we'll try again. We go to the shire which is great 👍.
Had a lovely dinner, food was to perfection, and our server was lovely, right on top of things, didn't wait for anything..

Unfortunately our lunch wasn't as we expected here.
The jalapeño poppers were the worse I've ever had and for four cost more then my meal.
18.00 for four uncooked jalapeños wrapped in the tiniest piece of bacon. I couldn't eat them as they were so raw.
I had the Ruben with potato bacon soup.
The sandwich was good but the soup had some sort of spice that shouldn't have been in there.
