This location is always SO SLOW and you wait in long lines no matter what time of day you go. We purposely avoid this one now.

Super long wait, ordered a fudge brownie latte of almost five dollars, no topping, no chocolate curls, no foam layer. Just a regular coffee with a lot of milk and a bit of chocolate milk, which was at the bottom of the cup and clearly not stirred. Not impressed!

Newly renovated but already looks well used. Service was horrible. If this is their "new" way to complete orders it was a mess. Over 10 people waiting for simple orders like one coffee. Because we ordered food we actually received almost all of our order before all of them. Then had to wait for the small black coffee!!Staff was trying!

Honestly, corporate needs to take a look at this location. I know from working at another location that each station should be timed, so that customers receive there order in a timely manner.They do not do this here, or simply don't try to abide by that. They would rather finished there conversations with coworkers than get the job done, and that's really disappointing, especially when our time matters too.

Slowest timmies I’ve ever been at. Even KFC is faster.Edit: No you know what you need to do. A drive through shouldn’t take 20 minutes and still result in an order done wrong.
