They get the order right, but they’re slow here. Came in twice today - they had a lot of people working, but couldn’t seem to get the line to move anywhere. And both times I saw people coming off for breaks as there was a really long lineup and everyone else seemed to be struggling. Poorly managed or poorly staffed, I can’t say for sure either way… but I was third in line for like 15 minutes.
Never an issue. Always pleasant. Yes it can be a wait sometimes but it all depends on what the people ahead of you order. Generally one of the busiest Tim Hortons I have seen and yet they still manage to move the line rather efficiently.

Newly renovated but already looks well used. Service was horrible. If this is their "new" way to complete orders it was a mess. Over 10 people waiting for simple orders like one coffee. Because we ordered food we actually received almost all of our order before all of them. Then had to wait for the small black coffee!!Staff was trying!
