“For several years now, I’ve griped to friends and family about how the quality of service and food at every Tim Hortons I went to was declining on every level!

This location is doing the opposite, though. Since I started coming to this location, there’s been maybe one day where my order wasn’t perfect, and when I mentioned it the following time, it was never made wrong again. I ask for extra cream and sweetener in the iced coffee, and it’s always perfect, which was always a 50/50 shot at every other location I’ve been to. No matter the time of day, the day of the week - I have no issues.

Every staff at the drive thru greets me with a smile, and tells me to have a great day. They’re personable, friendly, and exactly the kind of staff I remember experiencing so many years ago! Alex especially always leaves me feeling valued as a customer, and smiles through the entire interaction.

I had to share the experience, as I know locations rarely get positive feedback, but this store truly deserves it! Management, keep doing what you’re doing, because you’ve got a world class team on your hands! Staff, you’re incredible, keep it up - you’re putting smiles on faces every day.“
