We were going to Smith Falls and wanted a nice restaurant with a nice view. It's nice. Service good but this a quite overated. The food not as good. We ordered chicken wings (My favorite meals), terribly overcooked, looked like it was reheated from the day before and filled with tons of sauce and with a poutine, again of which I love. The fries are homemade, I could taste them from my husband plate, he took a hamburger of which he said was ok. The poutine was again immerged...
My husband and I tried this place for the first time last night. We started off with the Lobster dip, which was absolutely delicious. I had the fish and chips, and he had the angus burger for our mains. The fries were great, good quality chip truck style fries! The fish and burger were okay, nothing special.
I would go back for that dip though!! And maybe a poutine with those fries.
