I go to this A&W very often in the morning almost everyday they tell me I will have to wait 10-20 minutes for a hash brown, that they didn’t turn the fryers on. This happens almost everyday. It sucks because I LOVE A&W. When I asked this morning why they weren’t on they told me they came in late… hopefully one morning I can actually get a hashbrown

After having possibly the rudest drive through employee I’ve ever met. I ordered. 2 burgers with no tomatoes. I was dismissed to the window. I get there and confirm “no tomato on the burgers right?” As i could see them quickly key in my order as I get there. Keeping in mind, it’s not busy, I’m the only one in drive through and lobby is empty. This gentleman has a different accent than the drive through and is much nicer, obviously a different guy. I get parked as one burger is being made fresh. They come out, tomato on both burgers after I verified it. I could hear the yelling of the person who took my order in the kitchen. So despite taking my order and making the food, it still wasn’t correct. A&W everywhere else is better than this, this location is not run well.

I always have a great experience at A&W! The staff are friendly, polite, and always serve with a smile. The food is fresh and delicious every time — especially the burgers and onion rings. I really appreciate how clean the restaurant is and how quickly they prepare orders. Excellent customer service and great quality food!
