Took 1 hour 30 minutes for them to make a cheese pizza and wings. They were cold. The pizza was cut terribly. The pizza tasted like cardboard, a frozen pizza from a gas station would have been better. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Worst customer service. Very late delivering an order (over an hour and a half!), and waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone even picked up the phone to be told delivery timing is not guaranteed and the representative hung up on me. Will never give them another cent!

I guess the normal Owner is gone? This pizza was not good holy sauce Batman! No cheese hardly but I have to eat this because I’m starving.
Terrible and disappointed. My hubby said they gave him wrong pizza at first. The positive is they have cauliflower crust.

Service is okay; we had a friendly experience, but the employees seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Their regular pizzas are also fairly thin - they're evidently trying to save product. I also witnessed uncleanness when the male employee was using his one handed glove to make pizzas and then immediately accept payment/change from customers and then go back to making pizzas; what is the point of the latex glove? No washing of hands, no changing of gloves, nothing. 🤢 The establishment was also very dirty with various garbage on the floor, such as gum, elastic bands, dirt, food, etc. Not the cleanliness place! 😬

I’ve been to other Gino’s locations and none of them can match up with the Smithville location. Me and my girlfriend have made this our little treat on movie night at my house in Smithville. Their delivery is always prompt and polite and even their pricing is reasonable. Being one of the cheaper pizza spots in Smithville its quality excels.

They didn't have a variety of slices ready (7:30 PM) alot of empty trays in the display. The lady behind the counter was unfriendly and rude ,she could use a lesson in customer service. There was raw pizza dough with flies crawling on it (not very appealing) unfortunately will not be returning to this Gino's ever again 😢

Don't even bother. Probably worst pizza I've ever had. They are cutting corners by making evey pizza way too thin. Brought the pizza home. The kids wouldn't even finish their slice. Ending up throwing the whole thing in the garbage. Many other pizza joints and Gino's framchises that are 100x better

Buyer Beware!!! ZERO star rating. We placed an order of pizza and wings both with medium sauce. I am a cancer patient that is currently undergoing radiation treatment and have a very much difficultly with consuming certain foods especially spicy ones. Please refer to image.The different sauce apparently they both are “medium” and not to mention the sauces were so spicy that unknown to me when I took a bite of the chicken wing it felt like 3rd degree burn on my palate. Contacted the customer service and was educated that medium is “spicy” and that it’s on me to know that. I am appalled with discuss of the absolutely terrible and zero taking accountability attitude that transpired when we contacted the customer service. Basically, was told that’s too bad for us and we should know the difference between the sauces.
