I’ve been to other Gino’s locations and none of them can match up with the Smithville location. Me and my girlfriend have made this our little treat on movie night at my house in Smithville. Their delivery is always prompt and polite and even their pricing is reasonable. Being one of the cheaper pizza spots in Smithville its quality excels.

For 2 slices of mediocre pizza. Was $12.65. Complete joke and rip off don't think it's these prices in Hamilton. It's a Hard pass next time

They didn't have a variety of slices ready (7:30 PM) alot of empty trays in the display. The lady behind the counter was unfriendly and rude ,she could use a lesson in customer service. There was raw pizza dough with flies crawling on it (not very appealing) unfortunately will not be returning to this Gino's ever again 😢

Don't even bother. Probably worst pizza I've ever had. They are cutting corners by making evey pizza way too thin. Brought the pizza home. The kids wouldn't even finish their slice. Ending up throwing the whole thing in the garbage. Many other pizza joints and Gino's framchises that are 100x better

Buyer Beware!!! ZERO star rating. We placed an order of pizza and wings both with medium sauce. I am a cancer patient that is currently undergoing radiation treatment and have a very much difficultly with consuming certain foods especially spicy ones. Please refer to image.The different sauce apparently they both are “medium” and not to mention the sauces were so spicy that unknown to me when I took a bite of the chicken wing it felt like 3rd degree burn on my palate. Contacted the customer service and was educated that medium is “spicy” and that it’s on me to know that. I am appalled with discuss of the absolutely terrible and zero taking accountability attitude that transpired when we contacted the customer service. Basically, was told that’s too bad for us and we should know the difference between the sauces.

Used to come here every Friday for my lunch but never again. Absolutely rude service from the people that work here, which shouldn’t surprise anyone as it’s the usual demographic that moves to Canada and refuses to adapt to our culture. What a shame.

I had the WORST experience with Pizza Hut in town ! If you wan to read my review check out Pizza Hut Smithville. I went too Gino’s today June 9 at 6:20 pm and I ordered a pizza from there for the first time and the lady said about 10 minutes so I sat in my vehicle and before I realized she was tapping on my window with it in hand!!! Wow I was so surprised by that wonderful act of kindness! I find customer service is not what it used to be ! I was so happy I ran in to give her 5 bucks for giving me faith ! Ginos rocks
