Using a call centre for your orders is a massive disservice to the community. We have previously been able to get in touch directly to place our order and now the person taking calls in from a centre. Can't understand the name of town and then argues with locations. Sorry you lost my future business.

Pizza is decent but expensive. Refused to honor our coupons.. why do they spam them in our mailbox if we can't redeem them? Service is poor, staff is rude.. asked for extra seasoning on our bread sticks after last time, once again got little to no seasoning at all. Lots of pizza places in town, hopefully they can improve.

They were horrible. First, the lady on the phone when I called to inquire about where our pizza was, was rude, and They use Door dash and not their own drivers so my pizza didn’t get to our house until 2 hours after we ordered it because they were waiting for the driver to come up from Beamsville. Will not order from them again.

The pizza is always good, but the delivery is NEVER on time, it’s usually 30-45 minutes PASSED the delivery time. Most of the time I have to call and then it’s here within 10 minutes. Today I ordered a pizza at 9:50am for delivery at 11:30am-11:45am, it’s now 12:20pm and they still haven’t come and they’re not answering their phones.
