Awesome food!

Always been our go-to Chinese place ever since they were New Golden Village. Have never found anything comparable in the Niagara area for Chinese. We no longer live in Smithville but still make the drive to get our Chinese food from here.

We have ordered here quite a few times. One time in particular we needed dinner for 16 people for a Lions Club dinner meeting. I called at 3, when they opened and picked the order up at 6 that evening. The food was incredible and could have fed at least 20. 16 very happy Beamsville Lions and a lot of leftovers.

We have gotten Chinese here about 6 different times. Each and every time it has been excellent! Super fresh! Lots of big shrimps and chicken in every dish. Their chicken balls are excellent. Not greasy and big real chunks of chicken.

Great service - key is to call ahead (when it opens) to order on a busy Saturday night. Food was typical Canadian Chinese, everything is cooked fresh. Love the breaded shrimps, chow mein and noodle dishes. The chicken balls are very breaded, but the kids always love that and the chicken fried rice is excellent.
So happy this is close to home for us!

What is everybody's favorite dishes?

When the new owners took over, they changed the breading on breaded chicken balls which were 90% batter with the tip of your thumb size chicken inside that mound of batter, to chicken balls being lightly battered which was excellent and more in line with other Chinese food places, but quickly realized I guess that there's more profit in batter so reverted back to the old way. Unless you want to fill up on fatty greasy batter with a very tiny piece of chicken, stay away from anything breaded here. Totally useless. Been ordering from here for years and was so happy they went to 20% batter and 80% chicken but will never order from here again unless/until someone gets back to selling lightly battered chicken balls. Rather pay a little more for breaded chicken balls than what they charge for a mound of batter with a trace of chicken.

Not impressed. First did not give me the 10% off for cash as advertised. The chicken balls had dry chicken and to much batter. The mixed vegetables had way too much celery and the meat tasted off. The rice was even rubbery. All in all, I really did not enjoy it. The quality has gone way down.

Parking: The staff take up there only two parking spots leaving people to park on other people's property or to park illegally.

Still trying to iron the wrinkles of the changeover to new owners. Timing is way way off. And there appears to be very little communication between the greeter and the kitchen.

Was sceptical cause of the reviews but thought to give it a shot. Everything but the general tao was excellent and extremely fresh! Overall was very impressed by the food and service.
