EDITING review - The issue has been corrected on drive through. We requested a doggie tim bit and pleasantly received one. Previous Post: On drive through we asked for the "usual" treat for our two puppies, which would be ONE plain tim bit for sharing. Every TH location always gives a pup treat, even if it's a piece from a bag of broken plain donuts.We were very surprised to hear "No". On pressing the issue we were told one tim bit would be 95 cents.Its not the cost, it's plain sheer disappointment in this location's policy.

I was in Smithville Tim Hortons today and had a beautiful Flatbread and a steeped tea. The smile cookie volunteers and the manager, Violet, were so friendly and hilarious. They were all having fun, and worked in a wonderful team environment. Go Smithville Smile cookie team!!!

It’s very slow service we went to this Tim Horton I’m waiting 18 min more they didn’t take my order kids are waiting too this is very bad service.
The quality of food is delicious and good service. I buy my dinner around 8 pm. The staff are friendly and accommodating even they are quite busy and understaffed.

Need a mobile order got told I hadn’t made a mobile order. I was told I had to wait five minutes for one coffee then when I asked to see the manager magically, my coffee was there. The store is an absolute joke. The employees are ridiculous and you need to lock the doors immediately.

I have been there several time in past 2months , I always get my order wrong , although staff was very helpful In replacing my beverage but even that beverage doesn’t taste good , something the manager should check on your machine or how it’s being made I don’t know , but i left the location with disappointment always . I don’t like to go back and complain every time and they replace I am not that person hence letting you know here as I don’t have reciepts for my order.

I work close so this is my usual Tim Hortons, Like the others I always get asked to pull up into a spot when ordering food (even toasted bagels) then you end up waiting 5-10 minutes for it not because the food isn’t done, because they have nobody available to take it out to you. One time I walked inside right after I parked and the food was already done on the counter. Also very understaffed after 5:30pm, just waited 20 minutes in the drivethru for a coffee and Tim bits. Think I’ll start going some place else.
