Over the past year or so, the lineups for drive-through have been manageable. In the past, the lines have gone as far as Ruffins... so, that is a plus.However, I had a small order the other day... one beverage and one bagel. Got to the order window and was asked to park for the bagel... there was only one vehicle behind me. I refused, and the bagel came within five seconds. So, why on earth was I asked to park?

Slowest Tim Hortons in the GTA (Drive thru). I've lived in the area for a few years now. Anytime I come here, morning, lunch, evening, busy or not, and I order anything more than just a drink (ex. 1 breakfast sandwich), more often then not I'm told to park in a spot and wait. Seems like they are constantly under prepared for any breakfast or lunch rush. I regularly spend 20 minutes here waiting (18 min today) and as long as 35 on busy weekend mornings. They have 2 ordering screens to queue up to with one person taking orders and no orders are taken until there is only one car at the drive thru window.

Went through the drive thru this morning. The order screen was dirty covered in spit and who knows with what else, so was the pickup widow.Absolutely revolting.

I'm not sure if they've changed the coffee, AGAIN, but it is not as rich and strong as it used to be. Are they using less coffee?? But I'd like to know. Sandwiches offered are nothing like the pictures advertising them. Almost false advertising, dishonest. I am becoming less of a fan. Tim must be rolling over in his grave!!

Every time I come here my order is wrong. If you order a breakfast meal with a coffee you will have to go inside every time and remind them that it comes with a hashbrown because the girl who brings you out the wraps when they are busy and make you park will tell you that you didn't order a meal despite showing her the

I go to this Tim's quite frequently and I only see hard working ( many new over the last few months) staff trying to keep up with all lines of business.As with any Tim's,if busy, there will be delays and I'm well aware of this.The staff are friendly and are fast in providing what you need once order is in place.I'll continue to go and recommend to others.

Good Tim Hortons, but busy as can be. The parking lot and drive thru exit is a disaster at times.Parking: Parking is good, but the drive thru is very busy.

This Time Hortons is a very busy location. Staff are on the ball and the sandwiches were good. Only draw back, bees inside flying around and even in the donut display which could be problematic.

It was so so so busy, but everyone was working super hard and the wait was hardly long at all. Plus this was the cleanest Tim Hortons I have seen in a while!

If service had a -1 option this store would get it, easily the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to because not only do most of the employees have passive aggressive negative attitudes that don’t even make it an enjoyable experience, the food is almost always incorrect and just gross. One time I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I could even order and there was no more than 15 cars. It doesn’t matter if you order 2 timbits or a wrap they will make you go sit in a parking space for 10 minutes and then by the time they finally bring it to you your already over the service there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here on a lunch break because you’re gunna be waiting your entire break for food lol.There is a few nice people who work here but overall, don’t recommend.

Service was awful. Went through the drive thru and was the only car there at 3 pm. Still had to pull aside and wait 12 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich. They also wouldn't scan my TH app. Would not return, would not recommend.
