Service was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 2:50, it took them 10 limited to seat us. Then another 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there. Then they finally took our drink order which took another 10 minutes to arrive at our table. Then they came back to take our food order which too another 45 minutes to arrive. There were tables of people that arrive after us and were served with drinks and food long before we got ours. After our food was served to us, no one came back to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. Then after asking for our bill it took 15 minutes for them to bring it and another 10 minutes to bring the debit machine. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I absolutely love the food and service at Touchdown’s. Staff is always friendly and the food is so good. I also love that the owners make fair decisions about their staff and when the place gets busy one quick call brings them in to help out.

it's gone downhill, they use to be amazing! tried their perogies, aprox $12 for 8... the same perogies you can get nextdoor at foodland a whole bag for like $7-$8. maybe it's inflation but sadly wasn't a good expierence.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to come to the table. The waitress ignored us the entire time even though I tried to get her attention and kept looking at her. I think some new waitresses might be a good idea. Other than that, the food was great once it arrived.

Been here numerous times never a problem.. today though was a different story waited 45 for my food which i had to take to go because my children already ate and were waiting patiently... server definitely forgot about myself and my wife ...many many people got there food before us when they came 20 mins after us ...very
