The halibut fish and chips are very good. The service is smiling. The menu is varied for those who don't like fish. You can choose service in the room or on the terrace. Enjoy your food !

The food was terrible and we saw the chef picking his teeth and handling the food. Great waitress but the fish and chips were terrible along with the onion rings. I am still feeling ill hours after eating!

Waited 35 min for a poutine and went in to ask how.much longer and I get "I don't know" terrible not recommended at all.

We walked in and instantly you feel underwhelmed by the restaurants appearance and atmosphere. Very dreary and outdated. However appearance sometimes is deceiving so we gave it a chance and the waitress who greeted us in passing was polite. Although none of the staff actually look like they work there as they all were wearing casual street clothing. The table at the front entrance blocks the limited space at the entry where you get to look at the menu to even order for takeout so you’re constantly having to move out of the waitress’s way as she has to go outside and around the building to serve people. We were told 20 minutes for food so no problem go for a walk to the beach and back. Told again that we have to wait another 10 minutes not ideal for take-out but okay understandable. After giving them 15 minutes we go inside again and the kid, lucky if he’s 18 goes to check and comes back it’s still not ready. When asked how much longer his response was “I don’t know”. I’m sorry but when you order fish cakes for one person and three orders of poutines it shouldn’t take that long. Especially after seeing other people’s reviews and the photo of the poutine. Not even real cheese curds for 13.00 with that kind of wait time? Yeah we left without our food. Not only will we never come back, but I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone. Seems like this is a similar experience for others. Might be a sign you should consider making some changes. Also 3 minutes away is Gerry’s Fast Food and not only was it cheaper but it was great food, a large portion, and the three different people we interacted with were polite, had a great sense of humour, and even apologized for the experience we had at YOUR restaurant.

Great food. They have wing night every Thursday.
Brittany is an excellent server and manager.
I will go there again and recommend to all my friends.

Not sure what happened to the place .. We ordered 3 Halibut fish dinners to the tune of $75 ..and they were awful, Fish I’m pretty sure wasn’t Halibut and was not crispy at all, batter was just cooked .. and the fries were not cooked and cold inside .. wont be back and it use to be our favourite place..

The food was not very good at all. My ceasar salad was limp and drowning in dressing. I could not even eat it. It was not busy but l had to get up to find my server twice. Lots of flies in the restaurant. We just wanted to leave by the end. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

We were highjacked! My family dined at Duffy's recently and when it was time pay the bill, the waitress stated that the restaurant does NOT convert the check to US dollars. The bill was $99 which is approximately $75 US dollars, however she demanded that my husband give her $100 US dollars for the meal.

I really feel sad that she needed to lie in order to get an additional $25. My hope is that this money goes a long way seeing as how she came about it. I would not recommend any establishment that operates on this level. Also the waitress provided substandard service.
