Dropped into Bandit while in Southampton. It’s a large Roadhouse style brewpub. Food in general was OK for a Roadhouse. Onion rings were great. Fries were so so. Service was ok. Beers were ok too. Nothing much remarkable about this place.

My supposedly hot wings were not even hot and kind of tasted like Diana's sauce, the wings were rubbery and not hot. The 3 tiny chicken fingers were not worth $16 bucks. My wife did like the Greek Salad and the $8 dollar beer seemed expensive. I won't go back.

Visited here while waiting for clothes to dry at the nearby laundromat. The interior is nicely decorated, great food, staff were nice. I ordered the Pizza, and it was very good. Overall the experience was very good.

Where do I start. We were a party of 8. I ordered a Dolly Salad the rest ordered pizzas and an order of onion rings for the kids to munch. It took at least 30 minutes for the onion rings to show up. My salad showed up shortly after that. When I asked when the rest of my family would get their pizzas I was told they were just being prepared and cooked. So no food for them but I had my salad. It turned out to be the wrong salad! I went to the bar and she said I ordered the one I got - wrong! She agreed to order the right one. In 60+minutes the pizzas arrived. Still no new salad. I spoke to the owner and was told “it’s how they role”. With this comment and it's delivery, I rolled out the door. The rest stayed and waited for their food. IMO a very disorganized establishment.
In addition the woman’s bathroom is filthy!! Floor and counter tops disgusting. If you have cleaners fire them, if you don’t hire some.

A little weird and felt extremely rushed by having to order your food as soon as you walk in and people having to line up and wait behind you. Drinks arrived at our table. Cesar with super soft and wilted celery. Beer served in a plastic disposable cup.
2 orders of chicken tenders arrived first, and the 2 BBQ burgers were about 20 minutes later. Not acceptable. We came to have a meal together ... We shouldn't be having to wait half and half for our food to arrive. Both burgers were the BBQ bacon burgers, both had no BBQ sauce on them. And the bacon is just that microwave paper thin crap. For the price of that burger, I'd expect atleast store brand bacon... No napkins, cutlery or condiments were served to our table either, probably due to their lack of table service and wait staff. We had to wave someone down and by the looks on their faces, felt like we were just inconveniencing them. The best service we received, was the gentleman who opened and adjusted the umbrella for us. great guy!
Now the woman's bathroom, absolutely disgusting! Floor and counter tops filthy. And only 2 stalls lock? If you have cleaners fire them, if you don’t hire some.
This place has potential, but sadly I think this is as best it'll get.

We found this town by mistake. My sister and I were wanting bubbletea and ended up being directed here by Google maps. We were initially staying at Port Elgin. We initially liked this cute and quaint town, so we decided to do a pitstop before heading back home. We decided to eat at this restaurant as it had a .1 higher review than duffys and the other restaurant we would have eaten at was closed.
We ordered chicken wings and pepperoni pizza which took a very long time to get to our table. Pizza was overcooked, and very hard. Pizza sauce wasnt the best tasting, pepperoni wasnt that great. Wings were overdone, but not too bad to eat.
While we were eating, we were asked by the manager (old blond lady with glasses) if our payment went through. The way this restaurant was set up was that you pay at the front first and you sit wherever. It obviously did if we received an "approved" receipt. This lady insisted that we look at our bank account and made sure it wasn't cancelled. IF WE HAD A COPY OF THE APPROVED RECEIPT, HOW COULD IT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED? so I answered the lady and said yes, it went through and that it is showing in my bank statement and that I had the approved receipt to prove it.
I was the only Asian/pacific islander in the restaurant, aside from my kids who are half Italians. I was the only one who was questioned about payment, loudly, in front of all the other customers in the restaurant. VERY EMBARASSING. The old lady made it seem like it was because it was another lady that took my order so she wasn't sure if it went through. However, the younger blonde lady that took my order also took at least 3 or 4 more orders ahead and after me. These people were all white and were not questioned if their payments actually went through.
My sister also ordered wings, which again took forever to come. Her order was mistakenly taken to a different table that the owner/worker seemed to be friends with. We saw my sisters order going around the restaurant cuz the waiter/kid that had it didn't know who placed the order. So he gave it to the wrong table - this would have been understandable. However, one of the older guys (maybe the owner?) Knew of the mistake as we overheard him say this to the people that had our order and he did not even think of apologizing to the right table (us) as soon as he found out or reducing the price or giving it to us for free which other better restaurants would have done. Instead, we were made to wait for the new order when we have already been waiting for so long. In the end, we ended up taking the order to go and they apologized and gave us a can of rootbeer.
Not a good experience, nice to see the town once but don't think I'd come back. I'll let people know of the racism in this place too as it's clearly alive and well in this town. Go to Port Elgin instead, nicer local people.
This restaurant should respect all paying customers. Especially people who are not local. Thats the reason your restaurant is still up and running. We pay for your rent.
wings were cold. fries were cold. crust was basically a rock (a lil burnt too). the onion rings tasted like fish. gave us rotten lemons. and my chicken looked like a year old slab of fish. the customer service is also terrible, food takes forever to come. very disappointed. i wish i could give them 0 stars.

Very unsatisfied with this establishment. We come up to Sauble Beach every summer multiple times and we have been to the Outlaw Brew a few times before. Myself, my dad, sister and my mom all placed an order at the front counter (which is fine but they don’t serve you) and they brought out 3 meals and walked away without word on where my moms dish was. We waited, myself, dad and sister finished our meals and thought it was odd my mom’s dish had not been delivered yet. We waited 5 more mins to see and finally my dad asked them and they forgot to place the order. They also make you pay before so we tipped a very generous amount and we still didn’t get her food until 25 mins later. We were all finished and leaving and they didn’t even offer to refund or have a drink free etc. Very disappointed and we will not be back.

There are several 20 something servers moping around doing nothing. We ordered 4 meals, got 3 delivered. Went to ask the server "oh....sorry about that" lol. Never again. What a shame and waste of opportunity in Southampton
