I have ate here a couple times for dinner. The online platform is great to preorder and pick up. The service inside is always kind and offer suggestions to try. The pizza is the best.

The owners are completely out of touch with the demographic, the service is awful, and the beer is atrocious, would’ve been better off keeping the bucket instead of this useless excuse for a restaurant and nonexistent bar. Hate it.

Great experience! The Outlaw team cares! When things aren’t perfect as per their standards, they go out of their way to make it better than right without you having to ask. Thank you Debrah and team for making the Outlaw one of our favourites in Southampton.

Just had a surprising dinner at Outlaw in Southampton, our first visit to the restaurant.First impressions were good, an English style pub, where you order at the bar and the food is delivered to your table. We ordered drinks, Onion Rings, Wings and a Pizza, obviously too much food, be hey leftovers to take home.Sitting in a quite corner, the Onion Rings were brought out, first warning the food is served as it is ready, no attempt to coordinate delivery of the food together. The Rings were good.Wings were delivered next, the wings were over cooked, dry and leathery, in short the worst wings I have ever been served, just garbage. The server brought the pizza and we asked him to take the wings, away, he offered to remake them, to which we responded, no thanks they are garbage, please just take them away. Note, we didn’t ask for money back or any other compensation, just simply didn’t want the scrawny wings. (no big deal)There we were enjoying our pizza, talking about how tasty it was and how we were enjoying the drinks, it was our date night. Then the barmaid (note I use barmaid as per the Collins dictionary, “A barmaid is a woman who serves drinks behind a bar. [mainly British] regional note.”), comes over and states you “called our wings garbage”? Yes, they were dry leathery, simply fit for the garbage. The Barmaid then proceeds to argue, telling us that we can’t call her food garbage. My response, yes as the customer, I can call them garbage as I used to run a restaurant and I know what garbage food is. The Barmaid then proceeds to tell me that they are “Brazilian grade chicken wings”. I guess my question here is, why is a Canadian restaurant serving Brazilian chicken wings, what wrong with good old locally grown Canadian wings? The barmaid then proceeds to ask me where I am from, I didn’t respond, but I did say I can guess where you are from. At that point we asked for a takeout box and took the remainder of the pizza home. So, if you want poor wings and to be questioned about your opinion as a customer and to be verbally accosted by the barmaid then go to Outlaws. Too bad we tipped when we paid for the meal upfront. If you want decent pizza, try the Southampton Mini Mart it is excellent, if you are looking for great service and great food try 797 in Southampton, The Berkshire in Port Elgin, or Allan’s Fireside in Port Elgin.Seriously, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a decent meal, unless you like being abused as a customer by the barmaid.

Had a perfect lunch outing here yesterday on our quick road trip along the Lake Huron coast. Friendly service, delicious food, quick turnaround. The fish and chips and the chicken sandwich with kale Caesar salad was perfect. The driver had a root beer, and the passenger enjoyed a beer, and we got some to bring home too. It's cozy inside with multiple seating areas.

Outlaw catered our daughters birthday and it was great! We had pizza, wings, and sliders. Enough to feed 38 people. Everyone loved the food. Thank you for the great meal!!!

This is a great Brewhouse Restaurant. They are having issues with staffing and as such have gone to a central ordering at the bar. It was a bit busy but the wait was certainly worth it. I had the Outlaw Burger which was one of the best burgers I have ever had. From the soft ample bun to the huge 8oz patty, piled high with tomato, onion ring and a wonderfully flavourful sauce it was delicious.

Stopped by this weekend for the first time since before COVID. We used to stop in for lunch on the way to Sauble Beach, and it was one of our favorites — bar seating; high-quality & diverse menu; attentive servers; cleanliness. We were disappointed this weekend. I wasn’t a fan of the new menu — basically burgers/fries, pizza, wings, and a couple salads — My pizza was pretty bland. The counter service setup is impersonal and a bit clumsy when ordering additional beverages. Sticky tables and flies all over.I suspect COVID had an impact on the operations. While the beer is still decent, and I’m happy they survived the pandemic, I am disappointed in the direction Outlaw has gone. Hopefully the environment continues to improve such that Outlaw can return to its old self in time - we’ll see!

No service at this place, its like a fast food take out, have to line up to order food. Once we were seated we wanted another round of drinks. Well that didnt happen. long line to order , so we left. Terrible set up, we only went there cause it was the only place open on a Sunday. I guess South Hampton doesnt want tourists. Ill never be back.
