We came to Quality Inn to escape reservations we had at a place that turned out to be horrible. We were happy with the room, and the staff that we came in contact with. Two floors with elevator, ice makers, and pop machines everywhere, even guest laundry. Free hot breakfast that was very good and well-stocked. Cereal, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, bagel variety, yogurt, etc. Happy stay!

Dad and I headed up to Cobble Beach and needed a place to stay for the night. Checking in and check out was a breeze. Very friendly fellow. AC can get down nice and cold. Breakfast was not awesome but free! Beds were firm and comfortable, shower pressure decent. Would recommend.

Wonderful experience on Bruce trip, stayed with family and kids. Smooth check in and kind staff. awesome morning breakfast with delicious waffle just made next day so much fun. They have nice little coffee machine and water dispenser at front for all guest, perfect for odd time coffee lovers.

We had a disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. Despite having fully paid for a two-queen-bed room, we were told upon arrival - late at night after a long day of travel - that there would be an additional $60 charge because, apparently, only two adults are included in the room rate, and each extra adult costs $20. This made no sense to us - why book a two-queen-bed room if it’s only meant for two people?

We were also quoted $20 for a rollaway bed but were charged $40 instead. When we questioned these surprise charges, the receptionist said he was just relaying instructions from the owner and had no authority to adjust anything. It felt like the property was making up rules on the spot. The way this was handled was frustrating and unprofessional.

On the plus side, the rooms were spacious, and clean. The bathroom amenities were decent and breakfast was good, which is why I’m still giving this place 3 stars. But beware: the management’s approach to pricing and customer service was disappointing. Make sure to clarify all terms in writing before you arrive.

I had to send an employee to Southampton to check in a shipment of hardware for a new retirement home we are building there, my employee is a little young so I phoned ahead to make sure they had availability the person I spoke to told me they were not too busy so I told my employee to stay there. He had a 3 hour drive so he arrived a little early and decided to book the room just after 9 am because he was waiting for the delivery to arrive just to be safe he booked the room for 2 nights just to be safe as he had 18 skids of hardware to check in. Little did he know he would finish by 11 am the second day. He went back to the hotel room to gather his things and have a quick shower he went to the front desk to check out and was 1 hour 40 minutes beyond the checkout time. The front desk told him he would have to pay for the full day as there would be no refund. What kind of courtesy is this? If a hotel chain could treat a customer for being 1hr and 40 minutes over there checkout time and charge them a full day I could only imagine what else they would do to customers. I suggest that you find any other place to stay and not the Quality Inn as they do not put the customer first and in this case I give them a zero rating.

Not sure why you would say that we checked in at 6am and left at 2pm as the receipt clearly states that check in was after 9 and check out was before 1pm but hey thanks for clarifying why you should not stay at your establishment

My wife and I stayed for a few days on a business trip, it was perfect. Quiet and clean, the staff was kind and the breakfast was very good. I loved the waffle maker.

What a lovely little hotel, rooms were very spacious, high ceilings. The rooms have decent sized refrigerators and a small microwave.
Great price and well kept.
The breakfast was great, sausage, egg, breakfast sandwich, fresh waffles and more.

The staff is excellent and extremely helpful they are my preference for staying in the area always. Close to beach but not rowdy or noisy location next to a great restaurant and food land. These keep u coming bk but it the staff that makes the stay....great manager wonderful stay I look forward to seeing them again soon!
