My husband stopped by here while we were in Southampton to grab us some healthy options. He said the owners were incredibly kind and the place had a really cute vibe. When we tried the juices, they were absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we're in town.
You can't go to Southampton without stopping in at Refresh!
We absolutely love this spot, the smoothies are awesome, real ingredients, high quality products. [A lot of smoothie spots are not focused on real nutrition and clean ingredients].However: Refresh focuses on that. The avocado toast is still one of my favourites! (Even our 5 year old daughter! Loves it), the cold pressed juices and immunity shots are made in house and authentic.

Jenise and her team at Refresh have customer service down! Their kindness and knowledge of health goods is phenomenal. I appreciate the thoughtful curation of products and the smoothies and food they have. Their juices deserve a special shout out for quality and combos!!!I also love their love of small businesses and supporting their local area! Refresh will now be a regular stop when we are in South Hampton area!
