As its been almost my 7 th time i came from niagara falls to st catherine for my dinner in this locaTion. But tonight. It was my best experince ever. Our server MEL. She is top notch. As i noticed there was only 2 servers in the restaurat tonight. Both were really hard working. BUT MEL o my god. She is soooooooooo good with work.i dont knw if my review gonna reviwed by the restaurant adminstration. If yes. MEL took care care of us so well. Everytime she passed by our table, always asked for napkin,drinks,or if we want aNything else. It was so busy. But. She was so focused with her job. MEL u re the BEST. And there was a guy with beard. Who bring our food. Hes such a gentleman. CHUCKS STCATHERINES u guys are the best ?

Went for appetizers and what was supposed to be a couple of drinks on Monday night. Our server shandi was quick to come take our food and drink orders when we first got there. She brought us our food and immediately walked away. She never asked us if there was anything else we needed. We needed extra plates and napkins but our server was NOWHERE to be found. We had finished all 3 of our appetizers before she even came. It took her 35 minutes to come from the time we started eating to when she came to get our plates. She than came and grabbed our plates off of our table and again never asked if there was anything else we wanted (we wanted desert and to order another drink as our drinks were almost done) we finished our drinks and waited another 15 minutes for her to FINALLY ask us if there was anything else we wanted. (We still ordered desert but did not order another drink because we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes) so when we ordered desert I than asked for the bill immediately. She brings us our desert and of course doesn’t bring us our bill till about 10 minutes after that. She drops the bill and walks away. I left cash and just left right away. Yes I still tipped her (not as much as I normally tip my servers) and me being a server I know what it’s like. But she was terrible. I’m not sure if it was because it was the end of the night. (We got there at 7:50) and maybe she was going home? But we were her only table. I’m a server myself so I do understand a lot of things. But this was unacceptable. Never ever again will we be returning to this location. We will stick to Niagara Falls.
