We stopped by your restaurant for dinner, we had a very enjoyable dinner with my friends, your service staff in your restaurant were friendly and sincere, we felt like we were in a family environment here, especially Ms. Briana was very successful in terms of service and taking care of us, thank you.
Went to Chuck's with my family of five. The server came out with the wrong order. I had to eat it as all of my family's meals came out as well, and i didn'twant to eat alone after everyone was finished. The server said she must have misunderstood the order, which is understandable at times. They didn't offer any type of compensation and still put a mandatory 3% tip on the bill. I am disappointed!
