We visited Cora for the first time yesterday. We ordered a meal consisting of Eggs Benedict with prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes and arugula. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly to order and the dish was delicious. It was served with potatoes (excellent), and assorted fruit (banana, kiwi, grapes, orange, apple, watermelon and cantaloupe).
