Originally I rated 3 stars for atmosphere. It was only because I never eat-in there. But I'll change it to a five, simply because when I have picked up food in person, the shop is clean, bright and friendly staff.

I've heard people say that Fire House subs is incredible and much better than subway. Today, I had my very first Fire House sub and... Meh. It certainly wasn't bad but not "better" than any other sandwich I've ever had. It's average.

Host is very kind. Food is incredible, I recommend the New York Steamer.
Every time someone walks in they say welcome and every time someone leaves they say bye! Very kind and delicious experience.
