KFC in St Catharines offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The drive-thru service is often praised for its helpful and accommodating staff, with Danae being mentioned as especially friendly and excellent. Customers enjoy the hot and delicious food, although some find it a little too greasy, which is common at many Canadian KFC locations. The chicken popcorn remains a popular choice, and overall, the service is seen as improving compared to other locations. Many customers plan to return for the great customer service and tasty meals.
