Based on the reviews, Hewad Kabob is a great place for delicious Afghan food. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked with real care. The Kabuli Pulao with Lamb Shank Dinner is a standout dish, with lamb that is tender, juicy, and packed with flavour, literally falling off the bone. The half chicken dinner is very flavorful and filling, and the sauces add a punch of flavour. The Manto dumplings are filled with delicious seasoned meat, and the hummus and pita are also good. The shawarma is very delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The food is comforting and perfect for a special meal with friends and family. It is one of the best halal Afghan spots and is highly recommended.
