I stopped by the Ontario St. KFC in St. Catharines recently and was genuinely impressed by the service. I know fast food can be hit or miss, but the team working this shift was on point. The person at the counter was super friendly, patient while I decided on my order, and actually got everything right (including the extra dipping sauces!). The food came out hot and fresh, not like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Whatever changes they are making here, it’s working....
Ordered the Big Crunch Sandwich which should be renamed the Crunch Sandwich due to is small size.
Been years since I stopped at a KFC and will be a long time till I go back.
Taste of the Sandwich was fine, but way over priced for the size of it.

I gotta give it to this restaurant best KFC I have had in awhile. The Slider was tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, the macaroni salad had so much more flavor!!! The gravy was a bit too watered down. The service in the drive thru was spot on, and less than 5 minutes!
