Used to love this place even talked with the owner a few times, last night security grabbed me and pulled me back claiming I wasn’t gonna pay even though I had the money in my hand and was actively handing it to the lady. After we cleared that up and I paid I said to my friend what is wrong with that guy, he then grabbed me again asking what did I say, twice this guy assaulted me for literally no reasons, and while walking away one of the other security said, ‘he was going to pay’ not sure what that was about but this dude is bad for business. Edit: instead of being accountable y'all are making up stories, never once noticed the owners earlobes and two the owner wasn’t there at the time of this interactions and I literally took back my money and said I didn’t want to go in you guys didn’t kick me out. Terrible response.

After cancelling an event (in february), they have yet to refund any ticket holders. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages which have blamed ‘delays’ on 3rd party services. Pretty obvious they’re waiting for people to forget about the money spent… pure theft if you ask me.

This is the worst bar in St. Catharines. They hold the line until 1 am and then raise the cover so you pay more for literally an hour. We finally get in and it’s DEAD. Save your money and go to Toronto

Our go to place before the hockey game.Good food not a big menu but its good food and the waitresses are very nice.
Mansion is typically where my friends and I go for a night out. Music is good 3/4 times. We’ve never felt unsafe or creeped out. Mostly younger adults and teens around my age range. Drinks are pricey but most places nowadays are. Overall, one of our favourite places so far!
The only odd experience I had was one night where I stepped away from my friends and went to the washroom. I felt a bit nauseous and needed to step away from the crowd, but this is due to my autoimmune celiac disease, not excessive drinking. Nobody else was in the washroom other than the attendant and I, so me taking up a stall did not pose an issue. Around the 10 minute mark, my friends came upstairs and said that security told them if I wasn’t out in 5 minutes I was getting kicked out. I can understand how that conclusion can be drawn oftentimes in this environment. However, they couldn’t have came and talked to me to read the situation before posing consequences? I will still continue to come here, as I haven’t necessarily had a bad experience, more so a disappointing one. My suggestion for Mansion security is simply be a little bit more human and try to not jump to conclusions.

went there for the first time on Friday. Had called them back the next day to see if my coat was left there. The person I spoke to had confirmed with me that my exact coat was there and that I would be able to pick it up and that it was safe behind the bar. my friends soon arrive later on to get it for me and where then being told that the coat wasn’t there anymore. called back immediately after finding out and was hung up on by the person I spoke too while asking what had happened to my coat. Worst experience I’ve ever had very unprofessional

Security Guard, tab with the dad cap kicked me out for asking his coworker to move behind him instead of moving out the hallway. Guys take security work to an extreme that will eventually kill the bar. It’s supposed to be a fun atmosphere but now you got to be concerned with how close you talk to the security guards. Absolutely ridiculous how confrontational this guard got in a matter of 15 seconds.

My friends and I got scammed. We paid $30 for student VIP tickets and got there at 9:30 (before it opened). we didn’t end up getting in and they were charging everyone who had tickets an extra cover of $50. They oversold tickets to scam people out of money, as they knew they couldn’t allow everyone with tickets in for lack of space. I’m extremely frustrated with this experience and will not be coming back. I cannot even get a refund for my tickets either.
