I absolutely love this place. I don’t know how they do it but the chicken just tastes better on Vansickle! Tasty food, friendly service and a great family atmosphere. Best Swiss Chalet in St. Catharines by far!!
I visited this Swiss Chalet location over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The Christmas decorations were stunning and added a warm ambience to a delicious meal.
The wait staff that were there did amazing. Overworked in my opinion. Food was quick and delicious. Just the longest wait…20 minutes…before acknowledgment. Another long wait for bill. BUT…food did not take long to come out. The food was hot and well portioned. Would give 5 stars…but 1 waitress and 1 manager doing drive thru and helping the waitress made for long wait at times. Dirty tables everywhere…nobody to clean them. Tuesday Dec 27th at 1pm.
